    Excellent video, Gary.
God is so holy that sin cannot exist in his presence, but through the gift of redemption with Jesus, we can have communion with Him, and the closer we draw to God, the less power of sin has in our lives because it must flee from God.

Great video! Joe is a relatable individual... full of flaws and wanting of a change. Change will happen as long as you surround yourself with those who enable change. Then, as my father said, ""when you finally find your purpose, you'll realize it was never about you".

He is brave to share his personal struggles. His hope and prayer is that somebody will be motivated to find Jesus through his testimony.

What an excellent interview Gary. I am praying for him. He has a beautiful son for sure who helped him see the light. Your guest has already overcome so many addictions, God is helping him. He must allow God to take over and carry the burden.

Unfortunately gambling can also be speculation in stocks and bonds and real estate type deals. Also commodities trading is also a form of gambling these things are considered normal in the USA.

I am disappointed in those who think that being a Christian is easy. It’s a lie. It is difficult. “If you lay with a dog with fleas you will get those fleas.” Never give up praying and having a personal relationship with Jesus.

Gary, This your best video yet. I want commend you but especially your friend for the Courage to admit they are addicts. The best hope comes from a program many people have never heard of which is CELEBRATE RECOVERY that is a Biblical 12 step program of which JESUS CHRIST is the Higher Power.

Get a therapist and get to the root of addiction - religiousity is just another addiction! Dissociation from trauma or abandonment is the root of most addictions, not a lack of religious faith - have faith in yourself! Why tell the daughter?? Omg 😅

With all due respect "American Christian" doesn't sound American and doesn't know Jimmy dean, @American Christian, are you really American ? I know Americans have many different accents also a diverse immigrant community, so what gives ? Just curious. Thanks
