I thought it's been common knowledge that you shouldn't mix AHA/BHA with retinol in any form, due to possible skin sensitivities and reactions. The same goes for Vit C and niacinamide - however, we can see more and more products that do exactly that. I thought I'd try one of them (Garnier Vit.C+Niacinamide) brightening serum and I had really bad reaction to it (itching, rash, redness). I guess it's down to individual tolerance of the product and it's ingrediants.

I’m a chicken mama. I have six lovely hens. I don’t have a rooster. Maybe you can put in a small coop and run to supply your eggs. I think 4-6 hens would keep you in eggs and give you some to share. Additionally, the droppings make wonderful fertilizer for your garden and the hens eat your kitchen waste.
In the UK, you’re not allowed to feed kitchen waste to your chickens. Be aware. Many rules in the UK. Also depending on your hens, a rooster maybe needed to sort out the hierarchy. My hens were constantly fighting until I got a rooster and it ended immediately.

I don’t know how they do things in England, but when we got married in the United States, we had a little boy that was a ringbearer, and he carried a pillow in the shape of a heart with the ring tied with ribbon on the pillow. It was quite sweet, but that’s a thought. Maybe you could do that?

I am a creature of habit too and i think it is important for stability but you have lots of trips so not so much habitual can be spontaneous. I like your hair straight like that it suits you.

I was just curious if this was a possibility for you? You guys have such a large expanse of yard, perhaps in a far corner of your lot, away from the house so they won't be too loud/disruptive? How lovely to pick spinach from your own garden. I am sowing in terracotta pots and have cress but my swiss chard not as good as last years. Mint and making hawthorn leaf tea. If using retinol you MUST reapply 1 tsp of broad spectrum sunscreen every 2 HOURS! Otherwise the sun is damaging your skin rapidly. Retinol only works combined with meticulous sunscreen reapplication all day long. Pair it with a hydroquinone cream b/c using retinol will increase brown spots if you don’t reapply sunscreen every 2 hours. I learned this the hard way.
I use Retinol for over 10 years. No need to reapply sunscreen every 2 hours , nobody does it . Just stronger sunscreen SPF 35 or SPF 45 need to apply .

If using retinol you MUST reapply 1 tsp of broad spectrum sunscreen every 2 HOURS! Otherwise the sun is damaging your skin rapidly. Retinol only works combined with meticulous sunscreen reapplication all day long. Pair it with a hydroquinone cream b/c using retinol will increase brown spots if you don’t reapply sunscreen every 2 hours. I learned this the hard way.
I use Retinol for over 10 years. No need to reapply sunscreen every 2 hours , nobody does it . Just stronger sunscreen SPF 35 or SPF 45 need to apply .
Happened to a friend of mine, apparently it’s a risk with darker toned skin. She is currently having treatment to correct it.

Are you still using the skin and me retinol or has it been replaced by this new product? Assuming u can’t use this after using retinol as it’s not good to mix with acids?
