I don't think it was the traffic accident that caused his deformities. Instead, he seems to have an overarching hormonal/endocrine disorder, as well as early onset Madelung's disease which causes abnormal and excessive fat deposition. Whatever endocrine disruption disorder he may be suffering with, seems to have adversely affected normal puberty. It looks like a sort of testosterone deficit or resistance that has led to abnormal bone development similar to what would happen to Eunuchs and Castrati. Wherein the bones would continue to grow beyond their normal proportions as there would be insufficient testosterone or testosterone response to fuse growth plates. This seems to be the case particularly in his collar bone and ribcage. Indeed, the Madelung's disease may be just another symptom of this overriding hormonal disorder. He also lacks muscle tone and bulk. Other subjects with Madelung's disease do not have that problem Just a hypothesis, but his pedophilia may also be connected to such a disorder. Lack of appropriate testosterone response in the male brain can produce neurological abnormalities. Which could also explain his mental retardation, and even abnormal sexual proclivities or lack of impulse control. He seems like a guy who has not gotten appropriate medical care and treatment, as he probably requires some sort of testosterone sensitization or hormone replacement therapy. I was shocked to hear that he (apparently) doesn't have any sort of congenital condition. Obviously the car accident didn't do him any favors and it may be the cause of his mental disabilities but it doesn't make sense given his overall body build. At first I thought he might be microcephalic and just really obese, but after seeing the childhood pic where his head looks like an average size I'm pretty sure his neck is so large it makes his head look small in comparion. I think you're onto something with him having some sort of endocrine disorder. The symptoms probably didn't show up until after the accident so it's possible his family thought it was connected.

Often, when such conditions go undiagnosed or untreated (if they can be), it is due to lack of action on the part of parents or guardians, or financial difficulties. Financially, it should not have been a large issue, since testosterone would have been the likely therapeutic aid. Testosterone suspensions are not that expensive. I think much of this hinges on the mental capacity and understanding of his parents, who would have had to sign off on any treatment plan. With his mental deficits, it is unlikely he is able to understand or convey any diagnoses he might have had when he was younger. Hence, why he may ascribe his condition to this 'traffic accident" that "damaged his elbows". For all he knows, that's what happened. If he has Klinefelter's, he would have needed testosterone supplementation in adolescence. The disfiguring effects of the extra X chromosome cannot now be remedied. Perhaps some testosterone therapy now, might prove physically beneficial, but psychologically dangerous. If he already has pedophilic tendencies, extra testosterone can boost libido, increase impulsiveness and make him less stable and more likely to act on his sexual urges. It seems like a very complicated situation, made more complicated because of failure to intervene earlier in his life.

Of course, a chromosome spread or some other assay will be required to actually diagnose him. Klinefelter's comes into full prominence at the onset of puberty, or rather, the lack of puberty when it should occur. It also causes mental retardation, as having an extra X chromosome dysregulates many other genes, and disrupts testosterone production and response. I am pretty certain, if we're relying on the word of him and his parents that we're getting a watered down or misinformed story. Or, perhaps his parents or family are aware, but haven't conveyed the information to him. It might also have been that an attempt was made to treat the condition, but side-effects proved to be beyond tolerance. All I can say for certain is that the "traffic accident" is a poor explanation and seems to be covering for something else, knowingly, or unknowingly.

I actually feel really bad for johnny elbows. It was obvious that he had development issues/disabilities and doesn't really understand the social norms for a person his age. I used to volunteer with kids/young people with disabilities and if you followed and filmed them long enough a lot of them would say/do something that was questionable for someone their age. A lot of people seem to forget they hit a certain age and never fully develop past that age in mind while we all see them as the age they look. Many of them still go through puberty but still have the mind of someone much younger so they don't understand what's going on or what would be appropriate for them to say/do. What he said was terrible but he's more like a 8-10 year old kid and people seem to forget that.

this is sadder than i imagined coming into this, i have a younger step brother who is mentally disabled, he is turning 19, but has the mind of a 9yr old child, and i see him making the same mistakes as Johnny, because he doesn't know any better , he doesn't comprehend the concept of money being used for transactions or that people go to work to earn that said money, but if this was him in a situation like this, he would not be able to understand what he did wrong or why it was the wrong thing to do, its a scary situation for these kind of people in the world we live in now.

I mean when you're a child how can you be attracted to adults? Like adult women are really intimidating when you're not at their level so he's just regressed to being attracted to an age level that he feels equal to. I was lucky to have grown up before cell phones and the internet otherwise I'd be in a heap of trouble because I've said some stuff sometimes for no reason other than to get a rise out of someone. When we were little in the late 90's . There was an older man named Bill who lived with his mother a few houses down, he had a little dog named Caleb he loved walking. Back when I was young kids still played outside so there was a group of neighborhood kids , Bill was basically mentally handicapped and he didn't try to interact with children as much as Johnny has (and just saying I've only heard Johnny talk to kids once on camera) and our parents all told us to leave him alone , not to pick on him or make fun of him because he was different but leave him alone because he has a problem in his brain. Obviously they were trying to say he was mentally handicapped and they didn't want their 4-12 year Olds possibly being alone w him . Now we have Tiktok and everyone wants to get rich so we have as*holes like 'Mario' exploiting a mentally handicapped person.
I grew up in Fremont Nebraska and have a vivid memory of swimming at the local YMCA with just me and Johnny in the pool. It was a good time, he seemed like a nice guy to me. That was the only time I ever interacted with him.
So many people have it completely wrong about Johnny and Mario’s “friendship.” I use to know Mario very well, personally and I can assure you, he is completely evil. This isn’t the first time that John made inappropriate comments about young girls and other women. However, Mario never cared about the behavior Johnny displayed because he was making a lot of money on him, and no one really knew about what Johnny said behind closed door which mario believed it benefited him. I have had my own personal experiences with mario that ultimately ended in my going to the police for my own protection. All these stories on UA-cam and on tik tok give very little information on what truly happened. I truly hope that johnny finds peace in his future.

Chromosome disorder really bad genetics likely to people who should’ve probably never procreated or they were passed the age of safe procreation that result in a lot of chromosomal disorders, and genetic defects. I went to school with a kid like that I mean, not exactly like this, but with microcephaly and other severe profound retardation issues, and his parents were in there old age when they had him I mean we were in kindergarten and I’m pretty sure his dad was in his 70s and his mom was in her 50s and he had an older sister who was probably 2 1/2 times his age she was like 19 when he was eight they both had the same exact genetic disorder chromosome issues. His parents were very nice people, but they ignored the warnings not to have children, and not to have a second child. After they had the first one fortunately for them, they had the money and the intelligence to be able to raise both of these kids successfully, but that isn’t always the case, as an OB/GYN, I see people all the time who are cautioned not to have more children, because there is a better than 90% chance that another child is going to suffer the same fate as their first but they refused genetic counseling. They refused, genetic testing they follow “gods will“ and then they have a whole gaggle of deformed children. It’s very sad. I had one patient age 34 she was having her 11th child it was born with its insides on the outside and dysmorphic, it had no face no eyes no nose and no mouth. It was unrecognizable as human. Very sad. They didn’t want it and a newborn baby had to go live in a nursing home. They had to keep it covered when they went out in public the nurses would bring it for the check ups, but if anybody saw that they would pass out from shock I mean it was absolutely horrifying had to have oxygen to breathe. They had to just open up holes in what would’ve been the face. The baby was blind, deaf and died before his first birthday, and you’d be surprised how often that shit happens honestly and a lot of it is preventable.

Johnny made an off color comment, I used to work at a grocery store, and we would get handicapped 18-30 year olds to come work with us 1 hour twice a week, I went to give my helper a high five, and he panicked and punched me in the mouth, extremely hard, I took my lump and never faulted him for what he did

Having worked in group homes with mhmr people i understand that he needs supervision to help him navigate the world and correct him in a caring way when he makes a mistake. He probably doesn't understand what he did was wrong just that people got mad so he apologized so people wouldn't be mad anymore. People that have never worked with these individuals will not understand that they are truly grown children and do not understand what is ok and what isn't and that is literally why there are group homes so that these individuals can be in the world but have the help they need to not make mistakes. I completely agree. I'm also in the field of caring for m&ph people. They are some of the sweetest people I've ever met. Yes, some have very negative behaviors but a lot of it is a reaction to something happening inside them or outside their body. Most don't have the skills to deal with it logically or even the ability to voice exactly what is wrong. That's why they must be taught and have a support system (family, caretakers, social workers, etc) that understand them and can help them overcome such obstacles. It's all a matter of education in all aspects of any situation. Condemning him and him feeling bad with no concept of what was actually wrong except that people are mad and he lost his friend isn't going to help. I also hope he doesn't self-isolate as a result of this. He needs education, he needs to gain the skills to be in a social setting. If he loses those skills or any other as a result, they will be terribly difficult to get back for anyone. 😢

I don't think it was the traffic accident that caused his deformities. Instead, he seems to have an overarching hormonal/endocrine disorder, as well as early onset Madelung's disease which causes abnormal and excessive fat deposition. Whatever endocrine disruption disorder he may be suffering with, seems to have adversely affected normal puberty. It looks like a sort of testosterone deficit or resistance that has led to abnormal bone development similar to what would happen to Eunuchs and Castrati. Wherein the bones would continue to grow beyond their normal proportions as there would be insufficient testosterone or testosterone response to fuse growth plates. This seems to be the case particularly in his collar bone and ribcage. Indeed, the Madelung's disease may be just another symptom of this overriding hormonal disorder. He also lacks muscle tone and bulk. Other subjects with Madelung's disease do not have that problem
Just a hypothesis, but his pedophilia may also be connected to such a disorder. Lack of appropriate testosterone response in the male brain can produce neurological abnormalities. Which could also explain his mental retardation, and even abnormal sexual proclivities or lack of impulse control. He seems like a guy who has not gotten appropriate medical care and treatment, as he probably requires some sort of testosterone sensitization or hormone replacement therapy. I was shocked to hear that he (apparently) doesn't have any sort of congenital condition. Obviously the car accident didn't do him any favors and it may be the cause of his mental disabilities but it doesn't make sense given his overall body build. At first I thought he might be microcephalic and just really obese, but after seeing the childhood pic where his head looks like an average size I'm pretty sure his neck is so large it makes his head look small in comparion. I think you're onto something with him having some sort of endocrine disorder. The symptoms probably didn't show up until after the accident so it's possible his family thought it was connected.

Often, when such conditions go undiagnosed or untreated (if they can be), it is due to lack of action on the part of parents or guardians, or financial difficulties. Financially, it should not have been a large issue, since testosterone would have been the likely therapeutic aid. Testosterone suspensions are not that expensive. I think much of this hinges on the mental capacity and understanding of his parents, who would have had to sign off on any treatment plan.
With his mental deficits, it is unlikely he is able to understand or convey any diagnoses he might have had when he was younger. Hence, why he may ascribe his condition to this 'traffic accident" that "damaged his elbows". For all he knows, that's what happened.
If he has Klinefelter's, he would have needed testosterone supplementation in adolescence. The disfiguring effects of the extra X chromosome cannot now be remedied. Perhaps some testosterone therapy now, might prove physically beneficial, but psychologically dangerous. If he already has pedophilic tendencies, extra testosterone can boost libido, increase impulsiveness and make him less stable and more likely to act on his sexual urges.
It seems like a very complicated situation, made more complicated because of failure to intervene earlier in his life.

It also causes mental retardation, as having an extra X chromosome dysregulates many other genes, and disrupts testosterone production and response. I am pretty certain, if we're relying on the word of him and his parents that we're getting a watered down or misinformed story. Or, perhaps his parents or family are aware, but haven't conveyed the information to him. It might also have been that an attempt was made to treat the condition, but side-effects proved to be beyond tolerance.
All I can say for certain is that the "traffic accident" is a poor explanation and seems to be covering for something else, knowingly, or unknowingly.

I actually feel really bad for johnny elbows. It was obvious that he had development issues/disabilities and doesn't really understand the social norms for a person his age.
I used to volunteer with kids/young people with disabilities and if you followed and filmed them long enough a lot of them would say/do something that was questionable for someone their age.
A lot of people seem to forget they hit a certain age and never fully develop past that age in mind while we all see them as the age they look.
Many of them still go through puberty but still have the mind of someone much younger so they don't understand what's going on or what would be appropriate for them to say/do.

Back when I was young kids still played outside so there was a group of neighborhood kids , Bill was basically mentally handicapped and he didn't try to interact with children as much as Johnny has (and just saying I've only heard Johnny talk to kids once on camera) and our parents all told us to leave him alone , not to pick on him or make fun of him because he was different but leave him alone because he has a problem in his brain. Obviously they were trying to say he was mentally handicapped and they didn't want their 4-12 year Olds possibly being alone w him . Now we have Tiktok and everyone wants to get rich so we have as*holes like 'Mario' exploiting a mentally handicapped person.
I grew up in Fremont Nebraska and have a vivid memory of swimming at the local YMCA with just me and Johnny in the pool. It was a good time, he seemed like a nice guy to me. That was the only time I ever interacted with him.
So many people have it completely wrong about Johnny and Mario’s “friendship.” I use to know Mario very well, personally and I can assure you, he is completely evil. This isn’t the first time that John made inappropriate comments about young girls and other women. However, Mario never cared about the behavior Johnny displayed because he was making a lot of money on him, and no one really knew about what Johnny said behind closed door which mario believed it benefited him. I have had my own personal experiences with mario that ultimately ended in my going to the police for my own protection. All these stories on UA-cam and on tik tok give very little information on what truly happened. I truly hope that johnny finds peace in his future.

I went to school with a kid like that I mean, not exactly like this, but with microcephaly and other severe profound retardation issues, and his parents were in there old age when they had him I mean we were in kindergarten and I’m pretty sure his dad was in his 70s and his mom was in her 50s and he had an older sister who was probably 2 1/2 times his age she was like 19 when he was eight they both had the same exact genetic disorder chromosome issues. His parents were very nice people, but they ignored the warnings not to have children, and not to have a second child. After they had the first one fortunately for them, they had the money and the intelligence to be able to raise both of these kids successfully, but that isn’t always the case, as an OB/GYN, I see people all the time who are cautioned not to have more children, because there is a better than 90% chance that another child is going to suffer the same fate as their first but they refused genetic counseling. They refused, genetic testing they follow “gods will“ and then they have a whole gaggle of deformed children. It’s very sad. I had one patient age 34 she was having her 11th child it was born with its insides on the outside and dysmorphic, it had no face no eyes no nose and no mouth. It was unrecognizable as human. Very sad. They didn’t want it and a newborn baby had to go live in a nursing home. They had to keep it covered when they went out in public the nurses would bring it for the check ups, but if anybody saw that they would pass out from shock I mean it was absolutely horrifying had to have oxygen to breathe. They had to just open up holes in what would’ve been the face. The baby was blind, deaf and died before his first birthday, and you’d be surprised how often that shit happens honestly and a lot of it is preventable.

Having worked in group homes with mhmr people i understand that he needs supervision to help him navigate the world and correct him in a caring way when he makes a mistake. People that have never worked with these individuals will not understand that they are truly grown children and do not understand what is ok and what isn't and that is literally why there are group homes so that these individuals can be in the world but have the help they need to not make mistakes. Yes, some have very negative behaviors but a lot of it is a reaction to something happening inside them or outside their body. Most don't have the skills to deal with it logically or even the ability to voice exactly what is wrong. That's why they must be taught and have a support system (family, caretakers, social workers, etc) that understand them and can help them overcome such obstacles.
It's all a matter of education in all aspects of any situation. Condemning him and him feeling bad with no concept of what was actually wrong except that people are mad and he lost his friend isn't going to help. I also hope he doesn't self-isolate as a result of this. He needs education, he needs to gain the skills to be in a social setting. If he loses those skills or any other as a result, they will be terribly difficult to get back for anyone. 😢

Thank you for postig this video, Someone I watch posted a few of his tictoks and was telling us about him but with no backstory. I'd thight he was born like that.
