Thanks a lot for tuto. This is the best i found so far for G-7700, i was able to replace battery at first time not needing to reset. However i have difficult to replace the transparent piece that display "20 bar water resist" that fell. Should we force a bit ?

I came here due to my exact model fogging up after a battery change. I know why now, your never paid any attention to the seals after you put it back together.. if you want a job doing, do it yourself!

There's no reason to take the gasket (O-ring) out , unless you plan to rub silicone grease on it.
