He is a good coach He never brought up players from root level but he used to pick readymade players those who brought up by other some good coach from root level
Many players who have shined in the international and national arena..are converted to a different position and trained from the root by him...there are number of examples..
I agree...But molding players at development stage is little easy and converting them into bigger level is different... As many legends have got converted into their later stage
