A few questions before I start this. I have Xcode and Command Line Tools installed through Homebrew, I believe--I have to see, that should work right?. Should I choose the latest iPhone model simulator? My MacBook is M3 Pro Max. I already downloaded an iPhone/iPad app and it has basic functionality but the settings and other functions do not come up, and the app found inside package contents says cannot be opened on this MacBook. Can I somehow transfer that purchased app ($1.99) to the simulator or do I need to download it again? The app in question is Vocal Pitch Monitor. PS
PS I have to check but I may not have the full Xcode, only builds for Command Line Tools.
you save my liife ! i was getting error unexpected but htis solve the issue.
Glad I could help 😀
The simulator opens but doesn't show anything. When i try to choose vis "Open Simulator" an iOS the list is empty. Maybe i missed a step? IO 14.4.1 Xcode 15.4
