What is the future of the Carew Tower? Building losing last tenant | I-Team

A New York-based real estate investor - which already owns the former Macy’s department store headquarters building downtown - has a contract to purchase the office and retail portions of Carew Tower.

I was a tenant there in 2000s. The building was a dump and the owners did very little to update offices. Also many water leaks that the owners refused to fix.
