My first Bullworker was the X5 when I was 13. This was also my first piece of gym equipment, though I later added some vinyl weights and even turned my bedroom essentially into a studio! I kept using the Bullworker, though, and I would say that once I was a young adult and going to the gym I thought that I perceived that my strength level was equal to or greater than others there with more "showy" muscles. These pieces of equipment are legit for functional strength, although they may not give you the hypertrophy that people (especially young men as I was at the time) may want. As you get older that seems less important when compared to being able to perform tasks, remain injury free, and retain mobility etc. I do have a new Bullworker Classic, along with the Iso-Flow and Iso-Bow. I somewhat miss the additional grips that the X5 had, but the new material is made of absolutely top-notch quality. As observed in this video, the build-quality is second to none on this equipment. At the age of 50 I think it unlikely that I will in future buy any more equipment for the home.
I just used mine yesterday and am happy to report that I have graduated from white spring to gold. I use it in combination with stretch bands and free weights at home.
charles atlas used isometrics and would have used the bullworker if it existed, I bought the green handle version when it came out, I was a wrestler in high school and had to wrestle guys above my weight and I did OK thanks to the strength I gained with the the bullworker
What the heck? Charles Atlas never used the Bullworker. In fact just go in the internet and have a look at his self resistance and body weight course, which he became a millionaire by selling it. At least if your trying to sell a product, at least get the facts right. The Powerflex book by The Forystek family have used the Atlas exercises for their book. I am not slamming the Bullworker as I have one and use it and think it’s a great product.
Bullworker is one of his latest tools to continue in his fitness journey with longevity in mind. Mixing things up and leveraging tools around you is a wise way to go.
Had one of these snce 1974 brilliant.
Bullworker is best fitness product in the world or universe,no one can beat this product.
Love that attitude!

Charles Atlas developed his own dynamic tension programme, didn't use the bullworker.

He was referring to ad style like Charles Atlas. Though Bullworker does incorporate a lot of training similar to Charles Atlas.

He has sense caught on and really exploring possibilities with Bullworker and seeing great results!
Charles Atlas never used Bullworker. He apparently used isometrics. Why the BS??? Not a good selling point methinks
