Coming in a year later😩 Did the waves ever loosen to the point you were afraid that your braids would begin to unravel? If so, how long until that happened? Thank you for sharing!
No! That never happened. The hot water seals the hair so it doesn’t unravel at all. But if your waves start to loosen over time, you can always repeat the steps (re-braid the ends & re-dip) to freshen them up!
Omg I just used this routine on myself and it came out exactly like yours which is what I wanted 😍!! This was my very first time ever using weave and it came out great. Only took 8 hours 😅. Thank you for this video
I've never braided my own hair before, but I loved the way you did your braids so much that I actually did these on my own! It took me 3 days and my roots and parts aren't the best but I love the way it came out overall, especially the ends! 🥰
Awww thank you so much for writing me! The more you do it, the better and faster you’ll get! Even though it took a little while, I’m really happy you love the results ❤️ Tag me on IG if you ever take photos 🥺💓
You did such a great job! Definitely gonna do this bc ATL stylists are charging $300-$800 for this now smh. I was even scammed on Styleseat and lost money for a consultation! It’s time for me to learn to do my own braids for sure
I wonder if this will work well with 4c hair. My hair is really thick so I think I would have to straighten my hair for this. Thanks for the video. I'll try it and see
Hi, I just tried your technique, and I managed to finish it and I love the result ! I tried so many ways without succeeding, so your video is really a blessing for me, thank you 😊
I wish there was an easier way to do it. As of now, I just use 2 mirrors. BUT I plan on doing another video on human hair braids & hopefully by then I'll have some new tricks up my sleeve lol
These turned out so cute! I can never get the right braiding hair that doesn’t make my braids turn out stiff & immobile. Yours are so flowy! Definitely going to give this hair a shot!
Aw thank you love!! I got this hair from a local beauty supply and haven’t been able to find it online 😭 but I’m on the hunt for a more accessible alternative 🖤
LOVED IT! I was always afraid of doing it myself but your tutorial encouraged me to try. Hopefully my braids are gonna look a least half as good as yours. Thanks for the video!!!
@@JadeMonet1 I still have them in actually lol I'm thinking of leaving them in a little longer, or trying another style. Besides a sew-in this is the longest Ive kept a style in🤣
Totally going to use your tutorial for doing my own braids 🙂 This might be a silly question, but I also considered cutting my hair short before putting braids in. Does it help to have shorter hair when doing this to your hair?
I really love how you do your hair. I am dying to try that style on my hair but i have a natural long straight black hair and i am not sure if the style will look good on me and if i will be able to do it on my own hair🙄
I come back to this video all the time 😍 I love ❤️ A few questions... The braiding hair you used in the video, which exact one was it? You have three different types on your amazon list. Is it the trubraid hair from the clip in the video or one of the ones listed on your Amazon. Did you have to keep refreshing your curls after you initially dipped it in the water? Like after two weeks or so? How long did the style last you? Sorry for all the questions. I want to try doing this on my own. First timer
Your hair looks gorgeous! This is the only video ive found that makes feed-in braids look easy to do, im going to give it a go with your method. Fingers crossed i can do it! Thanx!
Hey beautiful! Love love love your braids and video! Can you tell me what kind of hair you used (the brand) and did you love it still after having it in for a while? 🙏🏽💕💐
Thank you!!! Is that a type of braiding hair? You can use any braiding hair to achieve this look but I highly recommend using pre-stretched hair! Otherwise you’ll have to stretch it yourself. 💓
Yess this is perfect! I was looking for an alternative to the goddess knotless box braids cause I don’t have any human hair crochet hair to put in the braids but I still wanted that bohemian/messy wavy look and this looks so good! I’m just nervous that the braids might unravel in the long run, cause u didn’t finish all the way to the end. Did that happen to your braids or did they stay the same throughout?
Hi love! Thank you so much. The braids don't unravel because dipping it in hot water seals the ends! I kept them in for 2 months & didn't experience any unraveling :)
Hi! I absolutely loved how this turned out!! When you were doing the back of your hair with rubber bands were they only used to section your hair and did you take them out as you did each braid?
Such a great tutorial! I really hope i can get as close to this look as possible! I have a problem with making my braids to bulky! Also where did you get your outfit? It’s so cute!🥰

Hey Siri
The absolute best explanation of feed-in braids ever. Your hair looks professionally done by a salon who would charge $300 or more for this style.
Thank you so much!! 🥰💓
$300 where do you live? That's expensive !!!
@@Judyssma i'm in Texas and I've paid more for shorter braids this small
I have a stylist trying to charge me $350 for the same style... off to UA-cam I go!!
