    Brian two questions:
    1) How long would it take someone to be able to do barbell crawls? I only deadlift 275 for 5 reps and don't do any direct core exercises, how long would it take someone like me and can you do a video on how to progress towards being able to do barbell crawls?
    2) Man it must feel so amazing to be able to do your workouts with your dog hanging around you and just walking around. ok that wasn't a question

    Largely thanks to you I have a pretty lofty goal to hit a strict 315 OHP (considering shoulder health has always been an issue since I started powerlifting... may be a bit unrealistic) and I've convinced myself i'll do it natural. I've got 225 down pat and i'm betting if I get my shoulder health back to 100 I could do about 235 so maybe it really isn't unrealistic. Guess we'll see. Glad you're performing well, hope you get this nausea kicked man. Good luck.

    • @BrianAlsruheOfficial
      @BrianAlsruheOfficial  4 роки тому +1

      Definitely programs. Secondly would be T-shirts but the shipping ends up costing as much as the shirt itself from what I hear. A different company handles it but that’s often the complaint
