i think bots are just different programmed variations of stockfish 16 and how can you see engine always plays slow in opening but super fast in endgame cuz its calculating moves that match to what we asked from it you know that in opening there is ocean of moves and in endgame you dont have that many variations
Im rated 521 but drew holly (and can beat 1500 bots relatively easily). Nice to see the other bots getting destroyed. I need to play more human games i guess.

Low (and mid - even in the 1500) can be funny that way. They aren't affected by pressure, visibility, etc. so sometimes they switch from completely accurate technical game to lose a pawn (or a rook to a fork) out of nowhere. It is obviously an attempt to make them beatable by humans, but if you have a solid gameplay they are likely to blink first... From my experience, 1200 are of similar difficulty to people around ~900, so if you are better than it (consistently) you are either undervalued or the 800 elo struggle is worse than I thought...

As a 700 elo player who drew Holly, It's so satisfying seeing her getting destroyed lol
That is actually very impressive. Out of around 15 games with her I won 1, drew 2 and lost 12, and I am currently ~1300.
My elo is about 750 I think and I stand no chance against holly

I've been playing against bots in bullet and I found out that they play slowly in the beginning wasting 1to3 seconds but in the end 1to3 milliseconds
