Idk if a weight vest is a good idea for shooting accuracy. Anything that alters the shot significantly enough will cause the body to relearn shooting mechanics. In this case, jumping will not be as high. He seemed to miss more of these 1 on 1 jumpers here.
I remember my shooting form bring affected the next day after shooting in near complete darkness, with super sore triceps, or very sore forearms,etc.
