Chopstick Spinning Pole Combo. Shoulder mount wavy legs to a cartwheel into a pole split. Layback pole shape to pole sit cartwheel out into a twisted grip cartwheel. Handspring to a meathook and then finishing in a chopstick(ish).
I made a list last week of pole shapes for inspo to play with. I started on instagram and just entered in #pd.... and there are soooooo many pole shapes that I don't know or didn't know that was the name for! Goal is to work my way thru those shapes for some training time inspiration. Today's trick that I hadn't done in who knows how long was the chopstick so my goal was to work it into a pole combo. Gotta say the #shortpoleproblems adds an element of difficulty in fitting everything in. So I now pass that challenge on to you...create a pole combo (spin or static) incorporating the chopstick!
