This entire Album has stayed with me for the entire time since i first heard it in 2008 when i was 16 years old. It shaped how i see the world. It helped me to eliminate suicidal thoughts from my mind for all the hard times i had since then, the thought of only having this one life and not giving up on it, the power to heal yourself and no matter how you crawled and bled all the way, you somehow made it to this point and you will keep going. All these words resonate within me throughout all the years and keep me going forwards. Thank you so much for enriching my life with your music Gojira.

How did Gojira so precisely visualize what it means to have depression? It is exactly that. You haul a coffin of sadness around everywhere you go. There are times the chain goes slack but it’s still attached, still following your every move. Sometimes it feels as though the only way out is to get in the coffin and let it drown you.
Suicide prevention is a joke. That coffin is always attached. No matter hard I try to be rid of it.

@@mattiatosi8350 yea because their old videos aren't uploaded on the Gojira UA-cam channel they are on other Music Label channels and they are all in bad quality because of how old they are, they were uploaded probably 11-13 years ago on UA-cam so they were in really low quality, so they are re-uploading all the old vids on their channel in HD quality now

The nice thing about discovering a band almost two decades after they started is that there is a lot of material to hear and discover. So to me? This is a brand new song and I'm excited like hell! The video itself I felt was harrowing. I felt like my attention was been torn in two between listening to the lyrics and the melody and watching the story unfolding in front of my eyes.

One of my favorites, but the thing is, they're all my favorites.
I've always been moved by this video. To me, it reminds me of my battle with my health and especially with endometriosis. I feel like it's a visual representation of the chronic illness. Everyone's battle is different, but for some of us, this just feels like watching our internal battle. It hits home..

This was the first gojira song I ever listened to and I fell in love with them. Got all the albums, the merch, listened to all the songs, just absolutely became a huge fan but I was never able to see them in concert as a kid because we didn't have alot of money and now at 25 I finally saw them live and they crushed it. They played this song and alot of their stuff off Amazonia and magma and it was absolutely killer. They are one of the best live performances I've ever seen in my life because they sound just as good live as they do on record 🤘
