- Hello everyone! In this video, I shared how I experimented in removing chlorine from tap water for garden use. I have been using tap water for some of my soil plants and some plants are not doing really well in this new set up. I also did some plant chores to fix plants in their moss poles.

Most people (me) would buy reverse osmosis water for chlorine sensitive plants. But you may have just solved the problem most people have that grow pothos, alocasias, anthuriums, etc. 🙏💚

I usually let my tap water sit without the lid on for about 48 to 72 hours before use. I reside in SF, Ca, and we have really good water. Other times I use Southside Plants: houseplant tap water conditioner. It detoxifies heavy metals, removes chlorine & chloramines, buffers pH. It works great for all my plants including my orchids and African Violet’s
Hello 👋 I also let my tap water sit for at least 24hrs before I use it for watering but I think tap water over here needs more work. I tried thus water conditioner and it seems to work fine.
