Hi, there is a humming sound, noticeable even at speed 1 and 2, the higher the loauder. At first, the service center says compressor problem, after changing the compressor, as they claimed ( I think they use shiang heng service, as they drove my car out of the service center) the sound still persist with no changes at all. Then service center now says is the blower problem. And because of their miss diagnose and waited so long for the replacement compressor, now they say my warranty on the blower expired. I am a bit dissappointed with this hyundai service center and up to a point there that I suspect they use my car to cheat a piece of compressor for themselves as I still have warranty on the compressor( or they did not change the compressor at all). Anyway I need a good advise. Is it the blower problem? Please help

@@drdiyschannel Hi friend, thanks for your offer to help. After watching your video on the air-cond system of ioniq hev plus, it gives me the courage to dismantle the blower area. And Lol and behold, there is a piece of dry leaves stuck in the blower and after I clear it, no more humming sound. This proves my suspicion that the service center lied and used my car to cheat spare parts from head company( or insurance). Do keep up the good works. Thank you, I really appreciated it for what you have done in coming up with all these video.
@@peter691107 Im really suprised that SC could suspect the compressor as the culprit. From the situation, I could tell that it is not the compressor. Why? Because you mentioned that the sound got louder as you increase the fan speed. So definitely it has to be the fan/blower/or maybe filter which cause abnormal air flow restriction ie due to dust and etc. 2nd point: the problem is happening on the internal side of the car whereby the compressor is at outer side. In simpler word, it is an isolated system. Furthermore, if we understand how the aircond works, as it hits its target temp, the compressor will cut off. Since the humming sound is produced all the times, so definitely it's not a compressor. I have some knowledge in aircond system design since i used to work in an R&D centre @ one of the aircond manufacturer..
