In this video, we demonstrate on improving the air flow of a cooker hood that has been used for almost 10 years. The cooker hood had been previously overhauled, and the details had been documented in the following video:

In this video, we replaced the faulty capacitor who was in charge on the air speed selection mode. We also replaced the end cap of the cooker hood air output. This end cap was selected mainly to increase laminar flow; i.e. to get a flow without any obstruction. The old end cap is not recommended since it will cause resistance of air flow and loud noise will be generated at the end cap due to the development of turbulent air flow.
