Stepped onto Khaosan for the first time 28 years ago. Holds a special place in my heart as it brings back memories of that 24 year old kid experiencing Asia for the first time. Every time I return to Thailand I hit it up one night for a few hour walk around and the memories flood back. Love the place.
I have loved every single second of this video!! Thank you very much dear Friends From Thailand! 🥰🥰🥰 I definetly pair with the house music girl in the video: perhaps Khaosan Road nights are not the right place for us to be. Although I have noticed by your video it would be funier to go there during the day!
Wow khaosan road now much better, before very crowded. After pandemic government renovation this area, looks good. This area like a melting pot people around the world.
Thailand is in everything a paradise.i visit Thailand each year since 1988. I am very happy to go in March again, and you guys are making fantastic informele movies about Bangkok.🇹🇭🙏
For me it felt the same as times square in New York. Went to see just to tick it off the tourist list, glad I saw it but got out of there asap. I had a much better time enjoying the street food and going to temples elsewhere in Bangkok. I think it's cool to have these kinds of places but I'm too old for that bs 🤣
Hi, This is an off the subject question for your video. But, Can I get a one Bedroom Condo for about $400.00 USD. I ask because you guys are local. I don't want or need to live by where the tourists are. Something close to public transportation would be perfect. Maybe near a BTS station by ON-NUT?? I will be retiring there in Thailand and I have a pretty ok income.
I never really understood why so many people went there, honestly. There's that one Tom Yum place and the ice cream place around the corner....KS, I don't get it.
Lots of cheap hostels and it's basiclly backpacker central in Southeast Asia you go there party and then go back to the hostel which is only a few minutes away. Most people you meet are backpackers and other tourists I loved it visiting in my twenties but now it's just too damn loud and way too crazy for me.
@@thatnorwegianguy1986 I was 20 or so when I first went there....I guess it was early 2000s. Lots of drunkards and cheap food around with the typical knockoff t-shirts everywhere and other illicit substances. I guess that scene was never really my thing, so I don't get it. Most cities have their farrang areas with similar situations.
@@themydnighthour I was a backpacker myself many years ago but in 2018 when I visited I really did not enjoy it and felt it was way too much but maybe it was because I was older and in my thirties and ended up just walking through it and went on my way.
@@thatnorwegianguy1986 nah, I think the heyday of that place was probably in the 1970s or something. We visited too late when it had already become too commercial, I think

Thank you !
Hit like to my video,👌🤟
Watching your vlog for my travels in Thailand next year I want to make content for my travel stories
I passed my party years a long time ago. I leave Khaosan Road for the kids. Maybe I'll go there in the morning just to see the place.
It’s a ghost town in the daytime. Don’t bother.
I rate Khaosan Road a 5 and Emma a 10.

Dont worry about the rating. Its one of the best in asia.

I like the old Khaosan better then new one. New Khaosan, music are too louds and the street is now more smaller.

If those Israeli girls hated it so much, why were they there?!!!! 😂😂
It's tourists place that it...pretty ghetto!
Meh boring. Probably still ok for first timers in Bangkok and Thailand, but it remains a tourist trap.
Only the Israeli people had bad things to say
