Last year I drove by area and I told my partner there was no way I was moving to port labelle because I didn’t want to be the only house in the block lol fast forward to a year and now there is so much construction I regret not taking advantage of the low prices of last years the house I got for 176 k was only 154 k

Yes
I wouldn’t consider it safe with the drug dealing and people who shoot
