You can do this manually by unhiding the sheets. Otherwise just create a button on the form and target the item master number to delete the row to update.

Excelent work. Well done and thank you for your work. One question pls. Although I do some experimental purchase and sales, the Purchase, Sale and Profit boxes do not change their values and they all show "zero" values. Any idea why is this happening ? All the remaining boxes i.e. inventory amt and quantity are changing correctly. Thank you again .

Thanks so much for your video! It makes me recall a project I was working on to track my stocks. I stopped with the problem that, when I sell partial quantity and then rebuy again from the same stock, how to calculate the cost? e.g. I first buy 10 shares of Apple at $100$ then buy again 6 shares at $110. The average cost now is $103.75, then I sell 3 shares at $120 and after that, the cost for the rest 7 shares is still $103.75. Then I rebuy 5 shares at $110, how to automatically calculate the cost for the stock now? The method I'm using is the weighted average cost of the share.
Do you have any idea how to work that out? Thanks and looking forward to your reply.
