This song is actually from a minecraft series that both Lizzie and Scott are apart of. They both take part in Empires SMP, which is an SMP made by Fwip. I recommend watching the series to understand what's going on.

It's actually a cute scene. She gave him Frostwalker boots which he wanted, and he gave her a Heart of the Sea, which is only junk to him as a mountain dweller, but would be very useful to her as the Ocean Queen. They think they're giving each other junk, but it's still good stuff.
And that orb is the Ocean orb which turns Lizzie into the Blue Axolotl
And Scott the eternal winter
Both of the items ended up being something of a curse, Scott needed the shoes for his Elsa arc but they turned out to awaken ice powers he didn’t know he had, which resulted in self-exile and a whole lot of issues, Lizzie got turned into a blue axolotl which was really just. Odd.
In Empires which is the series this gem belongs to, Lizzie was trying to find this object that connected to her origins as a child of an ancient sea God. She doesn't know what it is exactly, just that its important.
Scott found this object in Rivendale and thought it was just trash cause he found it in a random chest with some other treasure.
Object turns out to be what allows Lizzie to return to her true form as a blue salamander/axolotyl and Scott recieved diamond boots that allow him to become Elsa.

Okay so basically the thing Scott gave lizzie is "the heart of the sea" (that's what it's actually called). It allows ppl to breath underwater and is very hard to find. In this case though, this series also has lore
Lizzie is an ocean queen and she didn't know what that object was and when she gets it after the song, her skin turns blue and her ears become like an axolotl (a blue axolotl was mentioned in a prophecy type thing in their lore). The boots Scott wanted have first walker on them (they make the water he sands on ice since he's the king of a snow biome I think).

Also it made Scott dangerous so he is making himself be in exile since everything is turning into ice and won’t melt. Also he hurst gem accidentally since he is the eternal winter

Basically this is a part of a Minecraft roleplay server called empires smp with these UA-camrs: fwhip, Dangthatsalongname, LDShadowLady, Katherine Elizabeth gameming, Shubble, pearlescentmoon, solidaritygaming, Smallishbeans, mythicalSausage, joeygraciffia, and pixlriff.
It all starts with Shurb( played by Shubble) shurb is a mushroom gnome who somehow ended up in this world by falling into a hole. It is quickly revealed that something else has tagged along with her. She gets scared and runs to the crystal cliffs( geminitay’s land) mythland( mythicalSausage’s kingdom) as well as house blossom ( Katherine kingdom) and glided henithia ( pearl) and finds out she was carrying corruption on her. That’s the basics

The thing he gave Lizzie is the Ocean Pearl.
So basically ldshadowlady is trying to find the heir to her throne”the blue axolotl, while Scott thought he found was a piece of junk, it was actually an ancient artifacts to the ocean. But not knowing this, Scott wants to bargain with Lizzie for the piece of junk but then like to him, diamond boots are more valuable because he does not know what is the artifact. So after the make the trade Ldshadowlady accidentally eats it and turns into the blue axolotl and the story goes on
