By animating the original content you've added something to it and it's no longer reposted, it's transformative, which falls under fair use. So in that case, you're totally in the clear. If you're worried that it goes against Lizzie's wishes, I think it's fair to assume she at least doesn't mind if not enjoys animations. She comments on animations about her all the time and although I can't find a Deal with Destiny animation she's commented on I have found at least one Scott has commented on and I can't imagine he would do that if she weren't ok with animations.

I like that if you look in Lizzie's hotbar when she gets the orb, it says 'Dried Kelp' implying that it's just a texture pack and that she traded dried kelp and driamond boots.
This song must be in disney even though it's only in a game and also the animation is so beautiful and epic you got it all AMAZINGGG i hope lizzie and scott like this!!
They probably couldn't find the same mods that the Empires SMP had so that's why they had to improvise with those things ^^ it was still a great job they did!
Not hating, but there are a few glitches, like the shadows after they both get what they want and the camera spins. Plus most of the time they looked all stiff and the model textures looked off, other wise, it was great!
Guys, I think Lizzie didn't mind him recreating it because when he did the transformation video (of Lizzie transforming into the blue axolotl) she commented that she really liked it!!! 💙💙💙 Good job bro 👏
