DON'T FORGET to check the knot where the kick plate connects to the hang point runner. I had a brand-new Rotor where they'd cut that line too short and the knot failed in the middle of one of my first flights in the harness. It'll ruin a flight real quick if you can't go upright. Even if you've flown the harness for years, that nylon cord still has a chance to fail. If it looks worn, replace it, then touch the knot with some super glue to ensure it never slips.
