It always blows my mind to see people paint, it's amazing to see how a fairly coarse strokes can be so expressive and end up looking so precise. I would love to see the 2 paintings hung together
What a talent Uri has! I love his videos making wondrous things. Thank you Uri! 😊
@@barbaralagan1933 its like a musician, when you can play one instrument you can play a awful lot more without realising it, Art is like this , a language like Music. Luckily my daughter is both as well, a musician and at the same time an artist , it always amazes me to see what she can make.
Uri: There's a little tear in the canvas, so I'm going to fix it.
*Julian Baumgartner has entered the chat*
yeesss. :D
LoL. I was thinking of Julian too in that Moment
"Thats a lot of overpaint right there"
Staples!!!
Would have been a good reason for Uri to build his own vaccumheat table with handtools
A Davinchi of our time. Talented with his hands inventive and can paint.
It's doubly astonishing to me when someone can paint such a convincing still life completely from imagination, without working from a model.
I find it amazing how a few brush stokes can generate the look of shiny copper and porcelain. All of this born from imagination. Wonderful talented artist.
Honestly the way you just lay down color blocks without any sketching and suddenly a perfectly realized item comes about is mind-blowing to me.
So much talent in one person isn’t fair 😭
That tear would have been a great collab with Baumgartner Restorations.
Julian would be absolutely livid about the mess he's made of the back, though (staples? Wrinkled canvas? Tut!).
@@daniel_charms it doesnt look that bad though?
@@daniel_charms If the artist repairs his art it then becomes part of the art. Julian would have to respect the tear just as Uri commented about in the video.
@@daniel_charms I think it would be worse than that: he'll be disappointed. :)
Me. I can do that.
Splodge splodge splodge
End result: Splodges
URI. Splodge splodge splodge
End result: piece of art.
The volumes, the metals shine, the reflextion and the wrap around texture detail of the porcelain *chefs-kiss*
Yes, you are the artist! And a genius in so many crafts. Thank you for showing us your beautiful talents, and work.
A HUGE LOL on 03:48, for the joke about the "fine tuning of the Japanese plane" was beyond perfect. I really like your sense of humour.
Simple and complete, you’re the modern rendition of the Renaissance man.
You are a true artist! My husband and I, enjoy watching ur creation ! Happy Sunday-:)
I like it. You made it so life like but with that look of a memory
write the link to this video on the back of the frame so that 100 years from now the conservator can find the video.
Or put the video on a micro-SD card and tape it to the inside of the frame. That's what I do with schematics and code when I'm building something electronic that's going to have to go out and make its own way in the world.
Nothing lasts
Bruh how are people so good at art
Practice makes perfect
I imagine Uri here spends a lot of time by himself... I certainly do. And I'm half the creative he is. It's not about being a tortured artist so much as an artist who's comfortable with being alone... sometimes that means being uncomfortable with people. But if you arent good at art but you're able to enjoy spending time with people many days a week all the time then don't feel like you gotta be like us artists...
Pratice.
And they sell their soul to the Devil.
Takes a lot of innocents blood to complete the ritual but look at that bird, came out really good.
Getting an education in Fine Arts is probably a good start to learn some basics of color theory and techniques you need to know to paint in oil or acrylic. And that gives you usually a good opportunity to hone your skills by praticing a lot and study the work of previous masters.
Practice. It isn't some unobtainable thing that only some people can do
A brilliant point at the end about the future conservator and how even the tear in the canvas is still your art. I love that.
Really nice painting! I really like how that came out and it was really cool seeing the whole creation process.
Dang your still life is excellent work! 👍💯👍beautiful work brother !!
I really like the color and the rendering on the copper.
Потрясающая работа!
as they say with art. "Imperfection is perfection" the tear simply adds to the beautiful work!
As so often, this makes me regret my total lack of artistic ability. You have many talents, Uri.
Great work Uri.
I'm an Admirer of your art.👏
You are awesome, I don't see any other qualifier for you. Well done the Artist! Superb! Thank you for sharing your talent with us
Phenomenal work as always buddy. You make this look effortless
GAWD that metallic/gold solar system thingie is pretty. 😍
And this dude paints!? And also as brilliantly as wood/metal working, engraving, sculpting...
Wow!!! Love all your content but also your paintings are really beautiful. You make the textures and colours come together so naturally. Hope you are well! Can’t wait for more.
Lovely painting

You’re a renaissance man. I love your channel.
Until next year for the second painting. Just as ever, I love your work and exceptional sense of humor

Uri Turchman is a multi talented guy
For me the tare would be the best part of the art work.
I love you so much! You are a sparkle of madness in the void of this time. Please never change!
Loved watching this
i was kinda hoping to see a brass sheet with rivets covering that tear. :)
Very Tuchman-like. You da man!
Let’s see you do this click spring! 🤣
Do not taunt Happy Fun Ball.
Do taunt Happy Fun Ball
A great job on your painting. Although I did not see your artistic signature on the painting. You are a good artist!
Beautifull painting, very skillfull
Good Sir! Your visage brings to me as much joy as does Your skill at just about everything You do! You truly are an artist! :) I hope You are safe and well and I send warm greetings and love & admiration from Slovenia! :)
You are my favourite artist.
Charming still life. The addition of the sparrow is lighthearted. ✌
That's no sparrow!
Great job Uri! But I need moar of yours genious work with wood and brass!!!!
One of my favourite youtuber, I hope you will post monthly
Beautiful work and for the first time since I was a kid I feel like painting. Maybe I'll start with water colors ;)
Haha when you repaired the tear I had almost the same story in mind. A future restaurator will see the tear and comment „oh previous restaurator did a poor job repairing that masterpiece before.. he put paint over the original varnish and varnish again 😱“
I read the question with French accent. Perfict!
Beautiful painting Uri.
How did you keep the avocado from turning brown?
Total boat
Amazing, thank you
Fantastic Job! I want to start painting but I'm so intimidated by the challenge!!!
Uri,
I recently discovered your channel and videos.
Your skill and craftsmanship is both impressive and inspirational.
I truly enjoy seeing your mechanical and artistic creations.
Have you ever looked into the vintage ornamental turning lathes by Holtzapfel or the Rose Engine lathes of the 1800's?
I would love to see some of your interpretations of these awesome historic machines.
Thank you for your contributions.
He made it looks easy man
Looking fine Uri!
Do you take commissions from the general public? Or do you have a site with originals you’ve created for sale? I’m a fan of your art, and I’d love to own something you’ve created.
I would also like to know. Honestly.
Here is some of his earlier work, from his art years cargocollective.com/urituchman
Tuchman for president.
Love it 😍
So good!
More Uri is more better! ✌🏻🎨☕️
You're a real wizard. Good that you can blame your cats, I have 6 of them and blame them all the time :)
That mad man made a painting in a painting. I am just astonished at his skill
awesome painting Uri
looks amazing!
Sign the repair to drive any future conservator mad.
This painting makes me incredible happy
I love that painting!
very nice work, at the beginning i thought, if i could paint that fast, at the end you said it took you a year, that is my problem also, it is never ever finished.... ; )
You have freaking STYLE Uri!! 🔥
Well Uri, I am no longer amazed at your artistic ability because you keep on producing such lovely work. I must say that I am very envious of your artisticness. Well done and keep on putting out those videos.
