I did the same thing but put the j.b. weld on the bottom of the hex part that touches the bottom of the can and use my air compressor to fill it up and it works.
so what happens if you use a ninja hpa tank to hold the hpa and fill the magazine from it :D the pressurization issues would be solved but could the magazines will be able to hold that pressure :D
lance s no you can't simply because they get punctured when you install them and there is nothing you can connect the capsule to. The best option is to go on eBay and find a green gas adapter that looks like a capsule for about 15$ and then you can fill it with any airsoft gas and use that. The best way to fill it is buy a 12$ propane adapter on ebay and use soldering or camping tanks. Best of luck
Butane doesnt have high enough pressure to have as good expansion as propane or high pressure air. Not to mention it's a corrosive gas that could screw up your seals. In a nutshell it wont push good fps, and it will damage your magazines with a little time
Here is where YOU SCREWED UP! 1) YOU NEED TO PURGE ALL THE O2 (ATMOSPHERIC AIR) that got into the can when made it! 2) you MUST CHILL THE CAN SO IT IS MUCH COOLER THAN YOUR SOURCE OF THE PROPANE! Warm gas flows from a warmer source to a cooler source other wise you are moving liquid! Duh!
THANK YOU!! your video saved me time, money and effort. I had the same idea to do this but wasn't sure if it would work and now i know.
so you rather refill it after one shot than buy another green gas can?
@@nikoraasu6929 he is saying he was going to try this out but now doesn't need to as someone already showed why it doesn't work.

So say I use a valve from a green gas mag, could I make smaller tanks that could be refillable with propane?
you can just connecting another external green gas can hose set

We're did u get ur green gas I have the same exact one but can't remember were I got it
Why not fill your can there with a propane tank like the ones you use at BBQ?
Neon gas ideal for this?
What if I pump the air with the pump straight into the magazine?
Can I use compressed air or bike pump to refill my co2 cartridge? Pls answer

Propane is liquid at 120psi at room temperature and co2 is liquid at 850 psi and air is never liquid because you can't compress it that much
If you still want to use it on airsoft guns I would not use wd-40
what if you use 1500 psi?
kaboom
How about butane instead green gass??

What will happend if you refill the can of ggreen gas with co2?
ka boom
the pressure of Green gas is +-110psi, the preesure of Co2 will be +- 800 psi...so... Ka boom
Holy shit this is a terrible idea and dangerous
