Short and simple, I intentionally came to your channel because I am currently in a mental slump this week. I have my own podcast that I started not long ago, and I have managed to manifest so much at my young age. Now, I feel like I'm not ready or cut out for the things I say I am. Your words truly did pick me up. Efficacy is key, and I'm thinking of setting a goal to change my work station just to have something to look forward to.

This video just helped me to reflect on 2023 and I wrote my letter on my notes on my phone which I can print out. I’m glad I did that and I cannot wait to compare this year to 2024.

Hi beautiful! Thank you for this comment! And OMG anxiety? Of course! Truthfully it took me some time to get over it but now that I’m on the other side of it I’m thankful for the journey. I just always keep in mind that people are gonna talk no matter what you do so it’s best to do what you want to do. I think my best advice is to remember that you’re only just a human.. you know throughout this process -- things will happen, we will be emotional from time to time. But learning to give yourself grace as well as being kind to yourself will really help 🖤 so get out there and do it girl! I know you can! Happy new year 🎉
