Every commenting has to keep in mind that this song is over 3 years ago. Relative to what these kind of metalcore bands were doing at that time, I'd say this is on point. I've played with them multiple times, always super tight, and both of their vocalists are incredible; Bobby can sing his ass off too. Sure, there isn't anything crazy going on rhythmically, and everything is 4/4, but I dug the flow and they did some semi-intricate things structurally. If it didn't have so many views I bet people would be more hesitant to spread their hate. People have such fragile egos these days.

The first few seconds of the song sounds a lot like The Final Episode by Asking. The same difference is in the tone of music and at run time that is faster.
Léo Franclin Not really. There are actually things missing if you wanna compare it to the intro from The Final Episode. They only hit the guitar two times in 10 seconds. Asking Alexandria does that only for 2 seconds before you can hear another guitar and then the melody already starts.
So there's more difference than you know. The only thing they both do is strum the guitar once, then let it go while the drummer does his thing. Any idea how many bands do this?
