It is extremely difficult for me to follow through with things. Yet it is the only way to liberate myself.

I always appreciate your depth and power-you bring this level of insight to every conversation. You’re also very naturally funny-even when discussing otherwise uncomfortable topics. Please don’t wear your life so tightly that it hurts. When you’re skating or rollerblading you often have a look of near ecstasy-total freedom and lost in an ocean of love.
I know you have miserable creeps on here trying to ruin you -bullies that see a beautiful, sensitive, flower of a human being-and want to crush it. Yes you are the ultimate romantic and I’m certain your man is there-sometimes you gotta take your off your watch and put Gods watch on. Love you. Be good

Each day passes, and I learn something new. And so much of that I attribute to you, genuinely💚. I used be so timid and gullible and shy and horrified of everything, but I am now learning more about mental health. I feel like education and experience are the only two things that can really help you ease your anxiety. And Merry Christmas!!🎄

Wow, that was very well said and I hope it helps people that are struggling with it. It can be so easy to look back and see yourself overcoming anxiety and think that I "just figured it out" which isn't really helpful for anyone else going through the same. But Myra you've really done a good job of articulating how exactly to work through it. It really does come down to forcing your mind down the path of positivity and focusing on what is positive about an outcome rather than all the things that went wrong. Whichever one you choose will become habitual and so it can seem like such a struggle to overcome that habit, but to be sure you are still in control and can still make that choice. Be positive and start small.

interesting for men in a relationship when they are afraid to do something but the woman demands it. The man is ashamed to say I can't do it, and you do it despite your fear. The result is usually very good and you become braver to try new things.
So a relationship is helpful for both man and woman. The prerequisite is trust

I watched your video at 3:30am as I can't sleep from other side of globe, Poland to be precise and in your picture on this video you look very much alike a polish actress "Wiktoria Gasiewska' at least in my opinion. About anxiety all I want to say we are the same people no matter where we live. Thanks for video 😊

Merry Christmas, Myra. You give hope to the people who have lost all hope. As always I'll be utterly alone on Christmas Eve. I'll walk through the mountains and think of all those families who're happy together. And I'll think of you, Myra. I'll think: "Maybe she's just as lonely as me. And still she'll never give up. That's why I shouldn't ever give up either." - Merry Christmas to all of you lonely hearts out there.

I have experienced significant anxiety since the age of twenty-one. Now that I have reached forty, the anxiety persists, and I have had to adapt to living with it. In all honesty, if I were to wake up one day free of anxiety, I would think that something was seriously was wrong with me.

You know what, Myra: I never accept a n y phone call. I don't trust anyone. I've been cheated ever so often. Life told me to lose all hope. But when I hear your voice or see you I just feel that there is still something to hope for. You just remind me that as long as you're alive there is still hope.

There is anime video in Netflix called Komi can't communicate. I think it has a lot of things related to this topic. I sometimes feel that whoever has created it, have researched a lot of this topic.

I'm gonna be honest, that online dating thing I had a few months ago didn't really work out turns out she was a sociopath so I cut all ties with her and I didn't let that awful lying person make me depressed.
Moreover, I decided to become Catholic (I used to call myself a nonpracticing Christian) and it has helped me become more sociable and overcome my shyness as well as anxiety. We just need to live our lives and if you find a way to make it easier (not drugs or alcohol) then it certainly helps.
I hope you have a great 2025 you really do deserve it. God bless.

The only thing that really reduced my anxiety was getting two jobs, I don't have time for anything now, and that includes daydreaming about the future like I used to do all day when I was unemployed.
