So yeah, remember how Spinner's backstory talked about how there are people who hate on heteromorphs(people with quirks that make them look not human)? Yeah. The lady getting attacked at the beginning of this episode was one of them. It was a rainy day and people saw someone who didn't look 100% human, so they just assumed she was a villain and started attacking her. The crazy thing is, this isn't even the CRC. These are REGULAR civilians. The CRC goes to the extreme when they attack heteromorphs but that doesn't mean regular civilians don't also have some level of discrimination. Which says a lot about the society they live in. Even if the League goes a bit far with their violence, they are 100% right when they say the current system is flawed and needs to be changed. Maybe not completely destroyed, but definitely adjusted. Hawks brings up an interesting point in this episode. AFO needs a strong body to handle the quirk OFA. But he also needs Tomura's hatred. You'd think after having his brother stolen from him and failing to get his quirk back time and time again that he would hate the users of OFA. Especially All Might for what he did to him. Yet he keeps smiling and laughing as if he doesn't have a care in the world. Speaking of All For One, it seems like he's completely predicted how Izuku would act. That he would go out on his own, push past his limits and try to find him and Tomura quickly. Whilst also trying to put the escapees back in prison. Which is very dangerous. Izuku is tiring himself out in the search for AFO because he believes he has to. But he's playing right into AFO's hands. Lady Nagant has been introduced. A former hero/assassin trained by the Hero Safety Commission. Wow. The Hero Comission being super shady yet again. Who could've seen that coming? She has a quirk that lets her fire and curve bullets to hit her targets using her hair. A quick with range. And to avoid people escaping her range, All For One has also gifted her one of his own quirks, Air Walk. A sniper that can quickly change position and move through the air. Scary.
Nagant's quirk is the sniper rifle in her arm + her hair- her shots (including the curved arcs) are entirely technique The league might have a "point" if the civilians weren't attacking heteromorphs as a result of the league's actions. This is very nearly the outcome the league was fighting for- and the part they still want to "adjust" isn't the civilians being jackasses, it's Deku (or any other Hero) stopping them

We learned from Spinner's backstory that ordinary people shun and bully people with quirks that make them look not human. Not just civilians, but there's an entire group dedicated to hating them. Just because people are being more vocal about it now doesn't mean the problem didn't exist before. It just meant that the hatred and harm towards those people weren't being seen. The problem didn't just spawn into existence overnight

And that's a generous reading, imo- even Spinner only really cares about how *he* was affected. Hero society wasn't a magic cure-all, but it went a LONG way to help heteromorphs, to the point where at least half of the final top 10 had a visible mutation

You say that this problem was only furthered by the League, but this problem is something Shigaraki mentioned in his speech. That the system ignores people they should be protecting in favor of their "spotless" image. To make hero society look perfect, the Comission goes out of its way to ignore people that need help or "erase them". Society swept these people under the rug. They grew frustrated of being forgotten and tossed aside. So they retaliated. Saying that Spinner only cares about himself is also blatantly untrue. The reason Spinner admires Tomura so much is because Tomura decided to protect his team and wants to destroy the system that's been hurting all of them. Because they bonded. Shigaraki said he had room in his heart for the wishes of his comrades. Spinner doesn't "only think about himself". He thinks so little of himself that he believes he only has power if he follows people with power. So Shigaraki, someone with power, placing himself on equal grounds with him and becoming friends with him, gave him purpose.

idk if it was intentional or just lazy character design on horikoshi's part but i like that the second user looks like bakugo and has his point of view in a way but in the scene of him saving the first user hes posed like deku, again not sure if its intentional but i peeped it regardless
To use Naruto as a reference, I think it's like how Naruto and kid Obito looked kind of alike. It is intentional, but the reason may be more symbolic rather than them being related or anything like that.
