Hi Ed, I have identified the COM port using device manager, but when I open the Terminal in Airmail there is no connection signal from the modem. I am using a PTC-IIex powered from my icom M710 radio 8 pin cable. When powered on the PTC Tune lights are solid red. Any help is much appreciated.
