I watched maradona live no less than 4 times twice for argentina, once for napoli and once for sevilla. 30 mins b4 any game doing his warm ups was by far better than anything I've ever seen. Never have I seen fans flocking in the stadium just to have a glimpse of any player the way they did for maradona. Many fans go to see their team play. Maradona had fans flock week in week out to see him play. What a marvel he was. We'll not see anyone else like him.

How I miss Diego. He was like no other!
Watching this during after a year he passed away, the song fits so well..i wouldnt change a thing of him, his passion, determination, magic, class..a true warrior, a mortal god, flawed like any of us, born in the slums reached the highest glory with teams that were nowhere near favourites like Argentina and Napoli. Besides all that, there is one thing that its unmatched against any other footballer and its his love for the ball and the game, thats why for me is the Greatest Of All Time. RIP Diego, you will never be forgotten

@@snakers83 Not just 5 shot on the post in a row, that noone could ever reproduce even with a million tries.. the crossbar is too easy, if younget the height rigth you will hit the crossbar. But to make it even more difficult Maradona is altering between both posts..

Even his sunday in the local park kickabouts were legendary
they were indeed. This particular session was charity work from Maradona for young boys of Napoli dreaming of a proffesional career. On other occassions Maradona would dispute orders from Napoli and play matches on muddy potatofields to raise money for kids in need.. On one such occasion it raised £8.000 and helped a seriosly sick kid with a life vital operation. He had to pay for his own insurance during this match as Napoli refused to.. On another occasion Maradona got in clinch woth the Pope.. He was invited to meet the Pope in the Vatikan, but got furious and left in anger! He yellled: How dare you hug and kiss dying children while your own ceiling is covered in pure gold!
