I never even thought about reverse tying to get rid of the knot instead of just pulling it loose. The ties I use aren’t special enough to bother doing that, but it was interesting to learn for the ties I would like to preserve. 👍
Frankly, it is just the easiest/fastest way to do it. Maybe even the most intuitive way to untie a tie. You won't see much damage from pulling it loose initially, but eventually, the damage will start to show. Give the "going in reverse" tip a try next time and let me know how it goes!
You've given wonderful points, it's always the little things that give the biggest impact 👍😎
So true, Stewart! Initially these habits may not seem like much, but they can quickly amount to some real damage to neckties.
Nice tie knot.
Thanks a lot. And thank you for watching

The necktie knot 🪢 process 😨😨😨
What do you mean? The untying process?
@@edruizmx yep
Never, ever iron your neckties.
How could I be so dumb to miss mentioning such an important thing? Extreme face-palming here. Thanks for sharing!
