How to easily get into the insides of a Roca toilet by removing the outer casing. It's quite straight forward if you know what to do!

Hi have just watched your video and found it very helpful for getting the cistern off. Just one thing I felt I should mention is that when I removed the plungers the plastic screw was visible and served to hold the plunger casing in place so it did not move up and down . I think your video showed you putting the screw under the casing. Hope this is useful.

Hi - question as i have same model and struggling to fit new doughnut washer at base of cistern. Do the black handles go over the top of the hard plastic plate? I cannot get a seal and should not rely upon silicon.
