    Now this was a short video! 😱 But I like the idea. Why buy when you can build it yourself? 😁
    And don‘t bother about your jokes. They make me smile. So you brightend up the life of at least one person in the world. 😉Thank you for that!

    Hi Dan, I agree with the others, don't give up joking...
    And it is abit late to ask something but I hope you'l see my question. I have a Bosch GAS35AFC (don't know the name in states), a powerful one. But when input end is too small (like your small sucker) it alarms. How to solve this problem? Is the alarm not important? Do you experance the same problem?

    • @TheNewbieWoodworker
      @TheNewbieWoodworker  4 роки тому +1

      Couldn't give up joking if I wanted to. Jokes are my life, or... my life is a joke, something like that. 🙄
      Interesting about your vac. No, mine doesn't alarm. One option is something like this: www.rockler.com/dust-right-reg-shop-vacuum-handle. If you look at the picture, the blue "collar" or whatever you call it covers a big slot, and you can turn it one way to gradually close the slot, and the other way to gradually open it up. This would let you adjust it until the alarm stops - in fact, that's probably what it's designed for. I'm not sure I linked the exact right one for the size of your pipes, so double-check that. I have one of these and I love it.
      You could also just cut a hole or slot in the PVC to accomplish basically the same thing. Hope that helps!

    • @tonywu6612
      @tonywu6612 4 роки тому

      The Newbie Woodworker he could drill a series of holes in the pvc tube to let the right amount of air in to silence the alarm. He can use his holding hand to cover some of the holes or uncover some to achieve the proper balance of air being received by the vacuum machine depending on what’s being sucked up at the business end.

    • @TheNewbieWoodworker
      @TheNewbieWoodworker  4 роки тому
