This guy I have been following for a while says the soil really needs to be at 55 degrees ; ) based upon soil prediction for 5 and 10 year average I need to be patient. Question..can you accidentally over soak them and they potentially drown?
Yes, you can. You do not want to keep them soaked. You will drown the seed
