My thing with multi family is if you get one bad apple in the bunch it can effect the hole unit in negative ways with bugs , thugs and drugs.. Let us know thanks

Point of real estate for me was to free myself from w2 once w2 isn't worth it anymore . Nice to have options !

True , can always cash out all real estate and dump into more passive index funds , but real estate great way to build initial wealth
