Thanks Rosco - we did well this year by doing lots of tracking, stalking and observation and then getting out early and sitting in likely spots to film whatever showed up pretty much undetected - you can see that occasionally they pick up on either panning movement or the lens motor on the zoom - shows how good their senses are - sadly this year we noticed a big increase in the number of people that just hounded the poor deer relentlessly - chasing them everywhere and even following them into thick cover and not giving them a break - thanks very much for taking the time to comment - Paula :D
paulasheba100 yes I was down and saw 4 people on foggy morning spoil a fight between two big stags they all went really close with their cameras in the open heath and scared them away I was furious!! Total idiots. It was 90% going to be a fight as they were parallel walking etc. Well done again 👍
paulasheba100 I was hoping to bump into u as I was told your the lady I watched on tv about the adder sketches and I’m into adders too. I have a film on them.
@@UKSTAGROSCO Dale and I spotted the Adder in the water!, Fantastic markings on them. I'm off to Costa Rica next year hoping not to get too close to the snakes 😂
Love this video. Felt like I was there but I didn't feel the effects of getting up so early or sitting still in damp conmditions for so long!! Cheers for that :-) xx
You might like the trail camera footage which also gives close up footage into the everyday life of the deer. Have split them down into two separate films
Great footage, loved the dedication and determination of you. I'm planning to picture deer rut in New Forest; can you please share the specific area where i can find them.. .as the last attempt was a complete flop. Seeking your support please, planning to visiting either tomorrow or Saturday.
Got to say you have got some great shots its a wonderful video and that Fallow Buck at 22mins what a beast the size of his neck that is a great clip. I have a pic of one of you sitting at the side of the path in your camo with two guys standing at the side and another three standing in front on the path so i expect they ended that bit of activity for you .It was that nice misty morning when Rosco had the people walk out and disturb the two stags walking parallel ,a lot of disturbance that day.
Thx John yes we get very frustrated with some people but have a giggle when they walk passed and don't see us. That buck was amazing would have had more footage but my card was full and never had another one won't make that mistake again 😂😂😂
Lovely footage.
Thx, and thx for Gopro 😁
WONDERFUL! Thank you! Willi B. in Canada.
Thank you for watching🙂
Fabulous film of natural behaviour! You really get into their world 👍
