    I liked this recipe! Only thing I did different was smoke it with pecan and a little peach wood. Then 15 minutes a side for a total of 30 minutes over the fire, then smoked it indirect for about 2.5 hrs. After it was done, I sliced it between the bones and grilled the tomahawks for about 7 minutes a side for the grill marks. They turned out beautiful and delicious.

      That sounds delicious. I do like the pecan flavor, nice and robust. Smoke on brother.

    Hey Taylor that Pork Loin Roast looks absolutely scrumptious I'm definitely got to try that butter and Italian Salad dressing for basting. You did a great job. Cheers from Trinidad & Tobago.

    I'm about to try my first smoked, bone-in pork roast and I'm excited to see how it turns out. I'll try to incorporate some of what I saw in this video... I'm cooking on an offset smoker, so it might be a lil' different in the, but I gott start somewhere...why not here?

    Looks good! I might consider trimming the fatcap since as the fat renders the seasoning could go with the rendered fat losing some seasoning.

    • @TaylorsFSCooking
      @TaylorsFSCooking  Рік тому

      Maybe slightly, but you don't want to trim much. Thanks for watching
