I just wanted to tell you how amazing you are. You've come so far growing into the man you always knew you were and it shows in your confidence. But you've always been one of the nicest, most caring people and I'm so happy that hasn't changed. Keep up the good work ; )
Noah, I just have to say, you are probably the most adorable man i've seen in a long time. Everything about you just screams adorable, the smile, personality, antics. I just love it all.
@RoundSquareX When I started T I was about 5' 3-5' 4" and around 220 lbs. In the first year on T I shot up to 235 lbs. Then I started workign out & watching my nutrition. In the course of 4-5 months I lost 60 lbs and it completely changed my shape. I attribute the fast weight loss in part to the testosterone and how much more quickly my body responded to exercise. You should notice most of your body shape changes anywhere from 6 months-2 years.
@jamyee - I appreciate the way you phrased this question. it is the perfect way to attempt to gain information. thank you for your respect. i'm sure @slasherations is used to seeing blatantly inappropriate questions purely for titillation instead of education, but i can see, by your responses, that is not the case and I truly appreciate that.
You are amazing!!!! I'm sooo happy for you, I watched one video now I'm hooked and I'm watching all of them lol if you ever happen to be in Hollywood California let me know ill give you a tour and you can meet a group of boys that are still struggling with starting there transition...anywho take care (:
4th part: The idea would be to encompass life improvements for a number of people regarding respect to self-identity, side effects of medications, medical procedures (so often poorly performed, with few good exceptions), social-, professional- and emotionally developments, aiming at improving people's self-esteem and replacing prejudice with info.
That's awesome :D. Thanks for replying! My experience with the trans community is virtually nonexistent (not through any lack of desire, but lack of opportunity - I've just never met any trans people IRL that I know of). Sucks, because the trans people I know online are some of the most awesome people I've had the pleasure to meet.
6th part: Physical appearance and pro-active attitude are 2 key elements that bring us together. Idea is to invite a few FTM guys to join us in a think-tank endeavor to help others so to become (at least) happier in a peaceful environment. There may be some natural differences, as we commenced with a small group of pros (docs, lawyers, judges, entrepreneurs, diplomats, etc), thus using our influence to drafting legislation, publishing articles, creating jurisprudence or funding research.
5th part: It would be great to have a selected group of UK/US/Canadian FTM in our Outlaw (NGO’s name) group to set some discussions as the local Brazilian and LatAm experience with FTM, MTF, etc, have struggled and still remain living in ghetto-like situations . Enhancing visibility, life quality, some key rights, career perspectives, could be vital tools to overcome prejudice. Noticeably the boy-next-door gay posture is very similar to FTM trans in few countries but NOT in other places.
2nd part: The citizenships/heritage becomes relevant for the mix of backgrounds (I’m ¼ Italian, ¼ Spaniard, ¼ Dutch and ¼ Portuguese of Jewish ascendance, and holder of a Brazilian, Italian and Swiss citizenships) cultural and professional formation. So that languages and ability to work in multiple jurisdictions are no obstacles. During years, we have dedicated time for legal rights, professional and medical/psychiatric assistance to gay men only.
Hi, I missed your vids, glad you post again. I have first noticed my changes in facial hair, but not yet in body hair, I´m on my 4th month on T. I´ve had chest surgery Augut 1st. Did you noticed your hair first changes in your face also?
@RoundSquareX When I started, my T levels were already pretty high and my body responded very quickly. I don't really recall when it happened, but I know that when the chest and rest of the body hair started coming in thicker (this past year), that when I really started noticing that it didn't look as soft. Don't get me wrong - I'm not chiseled in the least - but I think the body hair's what's really doing the trick.
Great video, Noah! You look great! Please let me share some remarks with you: I have some citizenships (so what?!?) and professional experience so that, along with 2 partners of mine and a group of friends we managed to put together a study group and a NGO for gender studies with specific focus on gay men (boy next door types) and, after some research, we are now adding new FTM trans for psychological, social, professional and medical issues
@coldflamez2k you're absolutely right, but i think what @Nike Balla is saying is that @shennessy7207 's question shouldn't be regarding my specific genitalia. THAT doesn't involve anyone but myself and my partner. In order for it to be phrased in a sensitive manner, it should be phrased in a more general way - "what are the options for FTM bottom surgery?" To me that is an acceptable, educational question which doesn't specifically target my anatomy. Does that make sense?
@kounterfeet has a very valid point: he/she is stating an opinion. I appreciate everyone providing the facts to explain the effects of Testosterone and pointing out that I am a man, but we need to be respectful and understand that all Kounterfeet is offering is an opinion; to which he/she is absolutely entitled. It's an ineffective discussion when one side uses facts and the other, opinions. Thank for sharing your opinion, Kounterfeet. Everyone else thanks for the continued love and support!
I am 14 years old and im transsexual ftm.I saw this video and i was delighted.I am before T and surgeries, but this is hope.I hope so i was after surgeries i will look so great as you. Thanks for hope.GOOD LUCK MAN and sorry of my english.
@jamyee I won't answer for myself, but there are many different types of bottom surgeries. I suggest having your friend research and talk to as many surgeons about the best options for him, his anatomy, and his budget. I'm not very well-versed in specific types of surgeries, but a great resource is the hudson guide. just google "hudson's guide: ftm genital reconstruction surgery" and it'll take you to their GRS page. THAT has a ton of info. I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help! Cheers
I see you Googled Ben Cohen. Yes, he's a super-hero athlete with the personality to match. I see the admirable personality you've developed. Your facial expressions, super manly voice and the "kissy" picture showed a perfect facial hair pattern any man would be proud of. It's evident you made the right decision. I'm a 66 yo gay granddad and i would have been so pleased to have been a support for you. I don't see where bigotry you may experience will be a match for you. Dude!
Whoaa! I do love it when you're clean-shaven. I also love your beard. Very much. And the fact that you picked up the wrong clipper length has nothing to do with my opinions of your facial hair (or lack thereof). Hahah nice try saying you shaved for me, though ;). That's cute.
How long did it take for you to notice a full male body shape? I have been on testosterone for 5 1/2 months, my arms and shoulders are bigger but my overall shape hasn't changed much. My estrogen levels were still high at 3 months, how were your levels over the course of the first year?
his thoughts on it aren't going to matter when it comes to individual experiences.Your different people and will have a different view and life experiences. if you want pics go online and look for pre and post op ftm pics.
@asdfghjkl90241 The short answer is nope. When transguys take T, they bring their body's level of T up to the normal range of a cisguy. They go through male puberty - as if their bodies were producing that amount on their own. The body/facial hair outcome is purely genetic. There's as much variation in facial hair amounts between transguys as with cisguys. We don't bring our levels up any higher than the average dude, so whatever we were destined to have is what we get. Make sense?
not that any of the ftm guys seem to listen to me when i try to recommend post op care tips which is ashame because for better or worse it's your chest for life but what the hell at least think about this ok here goes.. i HIGHLY recommend you look into laser treatment to further lighten and flatten your scars and look into medical tattooing to blend in your scars in with the rest of your skin coloring and they also do your areolas and nipples they do it all the time for breast cancer patients
I'm a man. But I dont have as much facial hair. I have lots of hair on my legs. If I take testosterone, would I grow facial hair? Would it worsen the hair on my legs? Sorry for the noob question. Please answer.
the majority of trans men are not only into women, though. I am a bisexual trans man and I mostly have sex with men. But I also date women sometimes too. Trans men are not just lesbians who took testosterone. And by the way testosterone will ALWAYS be in full supply because of how many biological men use it as they get older.
This might seem like a strange suggestion, but if you are not 100% on your nipples, there are people who have used tattooing as a means of changing size, shape and colour of the areola. Might be worth a rummage :D
hahaha to offer you some validation (not that you need it), you are so hot haha! im gay and totally think you're handsome. way to go! i can only imagine how good it feels for you to finally be yourself; congrats man! the world needs people as brave as you
@noahwagoner .. Hey Noah, I have nothing but the upmost respect for you mate. you are a really handsome young man, with a really cute cheeky smile, and I am so happy that you have found the joy and contentment in your life and that you deserve. who and what I am, as a person, make me appreciate all the more what you have done and who YOU are. You are an amazing person and will always have my respect. Peace and love from Australia :) x
Well, it depends. Because he is a man, she is technically straight, unless she identifies as lesbian. However, if a straight woman dates a transman, she would remain straight.
I love butch women. And you are making a lot of assumptions here about trans guys. I was read as a male even before starting testosterone. In front of my parents all the time actually. And no actually you're incorrect that when FTMs stop taking testosterone they do not revert back at all. Irreversible changes are body hair growth, deepening vocal chords, and body fat redistribution. These changes are permanent.
I wonder how many trans guys are gay? I had an acquaintance who was, but he's the only one I've met or heard of. (That being said, my exposure to the trans community is pretty small - certainly not by choice. I'd love to have more trans friends.) Trans guys are often so frickin hot, I can only keep my fingers crossed on my first question.
You're gorgeous my NOAH! Love that smile and those eyes, killing me softly :) Stay gorgeous
I just wanted to tell you how amazing you are. You've come so far growing into the man you always knew you were and it shows in your confidence. But you've always been one of the nicest, most caring people and I'm so happy that hasn't changed. Keep up the good work ; )
Your eyes, are so gorgeous, your smile, contagious, and you're just handsome all around. You deserve so much love and care!
You look and sound amazing. You can tell how happy an comfortable you are. Good for u man!!!
I'm very happy for your transformation! I'm glad you are able to be the person you are on the outside as well as in.
Noah, I just have to say, you are probably the most adorable man i've seen in a long time. Everything about you just screams adorable, the smile, personality, antics. I just love it all.

Hey man, good job. You did it.

You have such a sweet voice
You are rocking that facial hair, man. It looks awesome on you!
@Popeslave Thanks, this helps a lot, so I defiantly can look forward to more changes. :)

His voice changed from the hormone replacement therapy. It's something many transmen look forward to!
