As an aspiring mage it's great to see I can choose between a variety of weapons such as staves, staves, or even staves.
1 handed weapons = no axes ... Model show a one-hand axe in hand. Nice nice haha
Also no 2 Handed Sword is....interesting.

You know Titam Quest 2 is actually called GRIM DAWN, idk exactly what THQ will do but hope they don't do D3 dev moves.
Hope they do what i told GrimDawn devs to do and what Ashes of Creation actually is doing, combining classes as well combining skills into unique for that combo class.

I'm a big Grim Dawn fan so I'm really excited to Titan Quest 2
So happy they implement Infinite Stash storage. It should always be standard to have enough Stashes for all the loot you get and wanna keep. Having to use Java and 3rd party programs to stash items is just horrible. Hopefully its a thing of the past and future ARPGs will give us storage enoughyyyy
Yeah, cautiously optimistic.
Add wearable Armour Items : Belts/Girdles.
Add Weapon Items : Two-Handed Magical Lyre/One-Handed Wands/Sceptres/Short Staffs (like the Caduceus, Hermes staff, more variety of weapons for Mages, to be given the ability to carry a Shield).
Names of Hellenic Swords : Spatha, Xiphos, Makhaira, Kopis, Falcata (Gladius is Roman, a mistake in TQ1).
Epic/Legendary Items.
12 Masteries to choose from and combine (like the Olympians).
Ingame Money Corrency : Drachma (instead of gold)/Orichalcum (for special occasions, for example crafting).
Hope to see a Devotion Star System on the Milky Way Galaxy (Galaxias) for more Built Managment and connection to the Gods.
List of Monsters from Hellenic Mythology : Mares of Diomedes, Pythons (huge serpents), Dragon of Colchis, the Dragon Ladon from the Garden of the Hesperides, Hecatoncheires, Echidna (half-serpent, half-woman, mother of monsters), Lycanthropy (from the house of Lycaon), Calydonian Βoars, Cercopes (mischievous forest creatures), Ceryneian Hinds, Nemean Lions, Pegasus, Sirens, Scylla and Charybdis, Stymphalian Birds, Sphinx, Phoenixs, Chimeras, Telkines, Gigates, Gorgons (with legs, as they are depicted in Hellenic Mythology).
And everything else we encountered from TQ1.
They are not moving away from charges on flasks in poe 2. The reverted the change, so white mobs now gives charges when killed and magic and rare monsters give more charges. Poe 2 is moving away from proactive flasks like poe 1. In poe 2 they will be reactive.
Good stuff, original was a game I missed and has been sitting in the must play that some day pile.
the original titan quest is a little too outdated for me right now but Grim Dawn still feels really good with the crazy QoL updates they've been putting out recently
If this is the itemization they will go for in the final version, it will be very underwhelming and it doesn't really bode well for build variety. Needs way more weapon types. Where are blunt weapons ? Crossbows ? 2H swords/spears ? Wands + offhands for casters ? Will be a tough one for them after PoE 2 and D4 expansion comes out. Hopefully it's not everything they're cooking.
Dude I have a friend that is super fan of Titan Quest, that idiot still play that thing for hours, if he sees what you just wrote and even if he don't know who you are. Even if he don't know what you want. If you are looking to trash talk the game, I can tell you he has no money. He only have a very particular set of skills, skills he acquired over a very boring long annoying life, skills that make himself a nightmare for people like you and me. Sounds like the nailed the stash system, now if the crafting system (assuming it'll have one) is anywhere close to LE, this will be a great game! MARK MY WORDS! *whispers* also end game...
First character holds 1 handed axe, but this weapon type is absent in their list of one handed weapons
if this game works out in the right way, some games will never be gotten back to for me.

I loved the first Titan Quest but this already lost me with the piano potions. I hate that in PoE and I don't think it should be a thing in the genre anymore. Just my take obviously but hopefully I'm not alone there. Maybe I am, who knows.
I agree. Piano Potion and Tetris inventory is ancient technology, time to let it go ARPG diehards.
