It's kind of hard to explain like this, but it's not very hard to do you just have to place your body as if you were doing a table with the upper part ( your back and you arms, with the same distance as the shoulders) then you hold all of your weight in the right leg( or the one that you're doing it with) and lift the other leg trying not to move your hips to much. You can record yourself to see if you're doing it right. I hope you can understand me and if you need anything else just ask me.
