    Edit: Yall the movie was actually quite gooddd. I like that it wasn't all about the romance cos that assault case was a great second story. Also favourite scene is the taxi driver and Raj's mother's on her arrival to. That wedding scene WAS NOT ENOUGH🥲🥲 Nigeria. overall 8/10😊😊

We started only dark skinned men and women. Bollywood is not the only film industry in India. And those dark skinned Indian's are the ones who don't allow the fair skined indians inside their state as south India is a well developed region in India.

      @Dominion Ogunjinrin I see your point, but those specifics don't work in my local context. As I commented above, my country has a lot of people whose ancestors came from Africa as slaves; myself included. Baring rigorous genetic testing, we have no way to accurately tell which presently existing countries my ancestors hailed from; especially given the changes to the borders and names of the continent in the recent-past centuries.
      Our Indians on the other had are much easier to define; they almost all came from the nation that we currently call India.

      @@MrBharathchowdary i find it very hard to believe that there are zero beautiful dark skinned girls in the entirety of andhra pradesh and telangana, let alone all of india. Especially when i myself know quite a lot of stunning darker skinned girls. Not everything is black and white i agree. But this is. And denying it wont help anyone. Im not saying fair skinned beautiful girls shouldnt be cast. But in decades of our industries there being ONLY fair skinned girls is a big issue

But call me racist or what, when it is black I find african black more attractive be it women or men. As it looks healthy. Indian black OTOH looks unhealthy on the outside. I may be a racist to say this but I would chalk it up to my personal liking and preferences. Overall I like black, Asian and White women more than in between shades we see in India. Sorry if my comment is offensive but I am speaking with utmost honesty what I find beautiful personally.

    As a Nigerian married to an indian woman,i think this movie will be an eye opener to a lot of people on the types of stereotypes many of us have faced in indo-african types of union. I think in this day and age, the only thing that should count is love and respect but it is rather unfortunate most indian families don't see it so.

      Brother congrats on your marriage.....You might know a lot about us by now being married to an indian women.....Some stereotypes are not completely false....Indians are family oriented both male and female except some of them in the cities who are highly influenced by west....Our families always fear that if we marry other foreigners we will end up in divorce and divorce is a bad thing here....They think that all girls in usa uk canada are lusty and cheat as they get bored because they have very high divorce rates....You can't ignore their view completely but they are not not right as well generalizing the whole population....Our cultures are very different though
