@@paperc07 miraidon ex is good because it takes advantage of its slower play style and easy power up of iron hands. just be careful what you put on the bench so they dont get trapped. Keep it light on the bench and the match up should not be that bad for you.
I really like your take on the deck and it was fun watching it 😄 I figured TM Devo is really much needed and added it myseld but I didn’t think about crushing hammer. I‘m currently experimenting by adding a 1-1 line of Bronzong with Evolution jammer in the deck. Thus, Rabsca can be cut and you completely crush evolving-focused decks like dragapult and so on and still have venomoth for all other decks.
I have a ruling question! What happens if I use the attack “Light Pulse” from Altaria EX to KO any of your Pokemon. On your turn you will be able to attack with Venomoth but you won’t confused my Pokemon, but what happens with the item lock? It’s also cancelled by Altaria attack by being an effect from an attack or not?
From my understanding the item lock would still be in affect since the affect of the item lock goes to the player not a pokemon. so you would not get confused but the lock would stay in place
more like people don't wanna sit thru a trash deck, same goes to snorlax, no win condition, people just quit against it online. Nobody wants to sit thru 30 rounds drawing
@@Gabor147 it does have a win condition, setting up the item lock along with the spread damage is how you win. Same as snorlax, you trap a pokemon to stall. The style of game play may not be for everyone but it is still a valid way to play the game.
@@professorgnomeits valid way to play, but as far as online goes I rather play an engaging game then trying to play against this deck. What do I care if I scoop? I saved some time and you go about thinking you're awesome. Win, win lol. Love the creativity though.
@@qalandaryar that's a fair view point, however I would say you should try to play it out to get the experience because if your in tournament you wouldn't want to scoop and so understanding the deck is still important. But you make a fair point!
Ya there was someone in our community discord discussing that idea the other day, wanted to start working on something like that myself soon! I think it's a pretty fun idea haha
@@professorgnome I have it with a crazy applin build, they think they have me until I bust out a fully buffed burning darkness one hitting all their cards until I win lol!
I am trying to understand the confuse condition....cant they just possibly roll out of during the checkup? Why am I not seeing that here? I tried playing venomoth against the AI and it destroys me cause most of the time it rolls heads and cures the confusion. Am I missing something?
No the condition stays but when they attack they have to flip a coin. If they flip tails they take 30 damage if they get heads the attack continues. so its not perfect, your mainly looking for the item locking affect but the confusion can be an added bonus to maybe keep you alive.
So i have not tried scream tail ex but i did try salvatore and more often then not it was better to just have draw supports then salvatore but i think scream tail ex could be interesting

ya that was kinda nuts haha
Froslass chilling on the bench, Venamoth blowing powder and Munkidori chucking damage counters. This deck is insane 🎉
its so much fun has been one of my favorite things to play at the moment!
bro my buddy plays this deck its absoloutely insane is there any good counter decks?

thats really smart, ill have to give that a try!
This is probably one of the better froslass decks, I tried a variant with Alolan Raticate that is pretty decent as well.

Thank you so much! I appreciate the support!
I have been working on a Feraligatr + Minkidori deck. When it works it can beat everything in the meta. Kinda cool.

Great deck!
Radiant alakazam would be good in this strategy?
yes if you can fit it in it be great!
How about Salvatore for itemlocking turn 1?
I cut it because I never seemed to come up, but it be good if i ever got it in my hand haha
