Pelcogo the voices in this comic make more sense for the characters than the ones that were actually in the show. At least for the English version. Even in the English version everyone had the same accent which didn’t make much sense
@@destroyerblackdragon what they mean is that...this video used a lot more accurate accent than what was used in the English dub. Diana and some others should have an English/British accent and Akko should have Japanese accent but the anime applied American accent to all of the characters

@@MrMjike In a sense. I was a fan of the manga until the aquarium chapter because I realized anytime they needed drama they'd add in a new character or up the antics. Which was so fabricated and boring. From my understanding they get married anyway and it's like *eye roll* Like okay so what they're not technically related and I technically don't care. Lots of unnecessary drama. Besides that people eat all that crap up and it frustrates me.

Super good again! Akko and Diana should have sounded like this in the dub tbh. It makes no sense for either of them to not have accents. You're voices fit them so well.

@@sparklingglitterlucky9629 Realistically speaking, since Akko is Japanese, to attend a school where the majority of the lessons are being held in a foreign language she would have been forced to read advanced English before even be allowed to attend Luna Nova so she would have been able to follow the lessons and the curriculum - hence why I when I watched the anime weren't surprised when Akko picked up Piscine or be able to pronounce the words on the Shiny Rod as quickly as she did (if she had a nick for language).

I knew the ship before even watching the show (mainly watched it hopeful because of the ship tbh 😜😅😅) I don't really know where folks are standing with the accents and whatnot, (I only watched it in subbed) whenever I did try watching it in dubbed it just felt wrong 😔 only could stand it for a few minutes and was like... Um nope. Switch back to sub
