This game has genuinely been the biggest surprise of the year. I had zero confidence in this title initially, however thankfully ive been proven wrong!!All the dlc is of high quality. Instant buy, along with RR and AMS 2 its had a great year.
Saw your video and thought Oh I can give the GT3 class a try then without buying the DLC, But no none of the GT3 cars are free - maybe they changed this?
Left's see. As I recall: 1. The BMW GTP is free. 2. The McLaren GT3 is free. 3. Pack #1 has the Lambo LMH, the winged Peugeot LMH, and Imola. 4. Pack #2 has the Alpine LMH, the IF LMH, and Austin. 5. Pack #3 has the Ferrari, Corvette, and BMW GT3s, and Interlagos. 6. Pack #4 will have Qatar and an as yet unknown selection of GT3s. I think even just knowing that the Alpine-Renault outfit won Le Mans outright could be worth a bit of a bump to Pack #2, and I know the A442B has been in multiple sims already, and has gotten some amount of attention from that. And yes, needless to say, Interlagos is an excellent track and addition to LMU. I would definitely choose Qatar before Bahrain, and I might well prefer it over Austin also. Moving ahead, I wonder about the tracks, of course. On the ELMS side, you already have Monza, Imola, Spa, and Algarve, so maybe something like Mugello. Paul Ricard may be more conducive to endurance racing than Catalunya; at least the latter no longer has that chicane. On the AsLMS side, we already have Bahrain, Qatar, and Fuji, so perhaps Sepang. I can't say I'm real keen on Shanghai; I'd certainly prefer Buriram to that one. In fact, pre-Pandemic, Fuji, Sepang, and Buriram were the regulars of the AsLMS calendar. As for IMSA, we have Sebring, and you previously suggested Daytona and Watkins Glen, to which I added Road America, which I think is maybe a more sensible option in some ways compared to Road Atlanta. (I still love Road Atlanta, of course.) In any case, the GT3 field should only get stronger, but I hope the venue options don't stagnate in the meantime.
Daytona would be such a great addition, so we could drive the triple crown tracks. What we really need is a DLC track pack with three tracks... Even if they aren't major tracks, it'd just help expand the game's track selection.
