Not for me. I use it to fat fortify my protein; especially as a type 2 diabetic. It's full micronutrients, as well. Dairy fat is very good for you!
I kept trying to incorporate cheese or ANY DAIRY….and it made me fat FAST! I’ve tried but I’m really praying I NEVER TOUCH it again. Homemade Ice cream and carnivore cheese cake were my downfalls EVERY-TIME. Also, if I eat cheese, I spiral for a few days. Be grateful if it doesn’t affect you….I MISS IT! BADDDDDDDDDDDD

You are right, for some people triggering foods need to be avoided forever. Some long term carnivores like Kelly Hogan cannot (after 15 years) eat it.
I’m experimenting and think dairy is giving me reflux, sigh.
@@barblacy619 I’ve been carnivore almost 15 months and I’ve tried everything from, dairy to spices and ALL of it affects me in a negative way. I’m sad about it but know EXACTLY why I can not eat anything but meat. It’s so crazy what just a little of something will do. I NEVER KNEW I WAS SENSITIVE! 🤪

I enjoy lots of different cheeses, but I’ve grown into a bit of a cheese snob so don’t eat it as often as I did in the past. I prefer artisan cheese now over average grocery store stuff. It’s kinda like really good meat, the higher the quality, the less you need to eat to feel satisfied.

Love this. I enjoy cheese now and again because cheese doesn't enjoy me. But man, our grocery store (woodmans) had a mad selection of cheeses here in Wisconsin. And we have a cheese castle. And other fun smaller places that sell amazing cheese. 🧀 I love cheese and I love finding fun flavors. I don't have a favorite

Cindi, I will be making a video on this very thing. I went to Colorado, just got home this morning, and I did alit of filming...what I ate. I did not do great, buy I steered clear of SAD foods. And maybe I'm just being hard on myself, but I could have done better. I should have it out in a week or so😋
Bring or buy your own primary meat source, supplement with what they serve muttering, “I’m allergic” or “that disagrees with my digestive tract “ to many of their offerings…
Or say you are on an elimination diet to pinpoint food allergies.
Most people respect allergies, oddly enough. It’s my way of shutting up waitresses who INSIST my steak comes with two sides…

I quit smoking and found raw mozzarella cheese sticks to snack on. I gained about 20 lbs! Quit the cheese sticks and I've lost about 12 of the 20, so far!👍😊

Europe still produces cheese the old way, the correct way. America has found a way to make everything cheap and low quality. Sadly most everything gets tossed😪 Such a wasteful country

CHEESE EMOJI .... Larry... "old people" like me do not know how make a cheese Emoji even when looking it up and trying to do it... I had to look up how to spell Emoji for heaven sakes!... So.. my favorite cheese is British and if you have never had it... well, it's not like any other cheese. very crumbly it tastes like heaven. It is called Red Leicester or Leicestershire Cheese. You probably have to go to a specialty cheese store to get the real thing, and it's worth it!

🧀I like Gardener's brand Wisconsin cheese that you can bake, grill, air fry, etc. It's shipped to your door with a cold pack. They have lots of types to choose from, I like the 8 year old cheddar for slicing and then the garlic cheese that you grill or fry. I put it in my air fryer and it's the bomb.
