Erin Murphy Nonni are always in our hearts no matter what. They live on with you!!! ❤️
This is giving me nostalgia from when my γιαγιά was still alive. My brother and I had to wear a greek eye pin on our clothes growing up. In Greek culture, we wear a greek eye to protect ourselves from the evil eye, which is essentially the same thing as the malocchio. Thanks for that memory :)
@@auriza8170 I’m Greek too, I was thinking of the same thing!
I never had a grandmother present in my life. This is so soothing 🥰
when she started talking about bingo i suddenly remembered, very vividly i might add, that when i was much younger my nana and i would go up to the bingo hall and play together 🥺🥺
I ❤ Nonna!!!!
Edit: awesome details with the makeup specially the spots on the hands.
This is just like in the Spanish culture “ojo” which is also the evil eye. The only difference is we use an egg
This seems very cool!
Oh yes I love watching the limpias on UA-cam!!!! It’s my absolute favourite for unintentional ASMR!!! We have the floating egg yolk too!! And some rituals involving pennies and herbs. But it depends on who you speak to, because this is all very ~occult~ and the majority of Italians these days are extremely Catholic! (But still, some practice this cause traditions are super strong in certain places, like the South!!)
The White Rabbit ASMR
Yes you’re exactly right! My grandmother was catholic and I from from a Hispanic family who strongly believe in curanderas and home remedies! I greatly appreciate you making this video because it really does remind me of my late grandmother ❤️ she wasn’t a nonna but she was a “lita” short for “abuelita” and Nonna really does remind me of her in a way. Thank you for making more nonna videos. I can’t wait to see you become EXTEMELY successful with your UA-cam channel. I just wanted to let you know that I’ve been here since Lorna from OITNB❤️❤️
You’re amazing and keep up the good work!
This was brilliant - the accent and the movements were great. The makeup was awesome too, I love the fact you remembered to age your hands as well as your face - real attention to detail 😊
I love this! I watched it 6 times or more already. Your voice is so soothing. It reminds me of my Dear Mother-in-law that past. Thank you ❤️
nonna reminds me of edna from the incredibles lols
Okay but the hand makeup is so! Good! It's the little things 🌟
Watching this made me miss my grandma, i really enjoy this series :)
Gangsta ASMR Nonni will always stay in your heart no matter what. They love you forever and always ❤️❤️❤️
If Nonna has a meatball recipe, with the pork and the veal, I'll take that too.
OMG...Nonna cooking videos!!!! Making soups and appetizers and entrees and desserts!!! ❤❤🍷
I found your nonna videos shortly after my grandma passed. They fill a space in my heart. Thank you.
"Madonna, madonna" Io ti amo ♥️
As italian I loved when Nonna talks in Italian and try to talk with the nephew in english for better understanding but some words remains in Italian as the tradition ❤️
I strangely feel a whole lot better now thank you
We call it Mal De Ojo...or just Ojo. Not only is it negative thoughts but also can be given through "admiration". Like if you admire someone from afar but you do not make contact you give them ojo. Mexican parents who believe in mal de ojo will offer up their baby for you to touch if they see youre admiring their child to keep them from getting sick.
I always come back to this video, repeating the “malocchio, malocchio is gone” knocks me out.
Haha, in Romania we call it “deochi” and all the women in your family will tell you that you are “deochiat” if you have a headache. It’s really tingly.
Nonna you made me cry 🥺🥺🥺 srsly tho, you always give such caring vibes, thank u so much ella!!
In the last two years both my grandparents passed away, this video brought back a lot of fond memories for me, thank you so much!
no vabbè pure il malocchio hahaha ti adoro 😂 mi piace che la nonna stia iniziando ad "italianizzarsi" di più comunque, continua così creativa come sempre 🖤
