In this video, you're auditioning for a film!! A BIG BIG TY to everyone who took the poll on instagram and said YES to an accent!! LOL. I didn't know which one to use... but I have a few ideas for a couple of videos with (different types of) accents, so I picked this southern one!!!

Ofcpursey Greenyh you go on casting calls! I’m doing a casting call right now for short films you make at home so I’m looking for talented actors , Also being quite frank it’s not like normal auditions .

you should do more of these in a series like costume fitting, meeting your castmates, filming ect

As a southern girl myself (no such wonderful accent)...but with plenty of family with such an accent I love the incorporation of all the honey, darling, and sugars...perfection. lol
I’m an aspiring actress. This is the calmest casting call I’ve ever been in. Thanks haha. And funnily enough, the last thing I rehearsed for required a southern accent!

Don't know why since it is foreign and so different but it also feels so warm and comfortable????

It's that old southern hospitality, they speak in a kind way... it could be a climate thing, before air conditioning people couldn't pretend they're not home. They would sit on their porch fanning themselves, so they were always more part of communities and helped those that passed by. They use figure of speech ALOT and that's always so charming to me. There's nostalgia in sir and madam and door holding!

I can't get over how good you are at accents. Of course it's an exaggerated version and definitely not what we sound like in my neck of the woods, but it also isn't so outlandish that it makes it hard to watch (like most fake southern accents!) for this southerner.
