Once again SOG has proven to be a silly amount of jungle fun. This video has been on the back burner for a good bit so good to finally put it out! Thanks everyone for dropping by and hope you’re having a good day c:
Imagine losing contact with your friend in Vietnam and he is lost in the jungle. Thinking if he is dead. Then after 2 days he returns the first thing he says to you is that you look like a vagrant
Normal squad leader during retreat: "We need to withdraw to the river for extraction. I want one team facing the enemy to provide supressing fire on them to cover our retreat and someone radio for air support." Jay as squad leader during retreat: "RUN!!!"
@@brexo3274 Ignis pilots are absolutely deranged and constantly terrify everyone, but you guys are absolute legends that have earned the right to do whatever you want.
Being lost in the jungles of Nam for 2 days as the squad gets slowly whittled down on a pilot rescue gone wrong feels like the mission 1 of a cod campaign
I love when you can see other teams in the distance trying to complete their own objectives while you are on your way to do your own thing. Just some fun immersion. Also, true to IRL 'Nam, the Huey pilots are absolute chads XD
Well when you have a thin layer of metal (or glass) between your squishy self and the painful stuff outside, you kinda gotta be either buttfuck insane, or just not give a shit to go flying helos.
The Ignis pilots deserve some great recognition. Saving whatever marines seconds before a Covenant glassing. Making an operation go 40 minutes over schedule because the enemy can't get to the people. And now they save people from another Fortnight while actively bleeding out. You guys are really badass.
2:36 I love that the boat has a motor, is made of wood, and is being held together with what looks like steel rivets. That's arma 3 for you right there
feeling shitty today, just getting over a sinus infection that lasted well over a month. I woke up not an hour ago and found your vid staring me in the face. suffice it to say, the grin that appeared on my face surprised even me, as all joy had quickly become dimmed over the last month. thanks Mr RR. your magic funny words and actions have put a grin on this tormented man's face.
The last 2 helicopter Pilots/Gunners who rescued everyone who remained at the firebase have balls of steel. Their helicopters were hit so many times by small arms and machine gun fire. Although I was waiting for an RPG to just hit the heli.
Y'all get some people to roleplay as Arvn soldiers and have them constantly get friendly fired, I'm South Vietnamese and I would love to see that. Funny story time, I asked my American Grandpa if he fought with south vietnamese and he said "I did... Shot one by accident, they all look the same"
I wish resistance mods were continued so we could get battle's against goliath stalkers, or even boarding chimera vessels. It would be an incredible experience
"Holdpoint Fort Night 4" Oh no. Not another Fort Night. 9:32 "MY CAT JUST STEPPED ON MY FUCKING BUTTON AND FIRED A TOW!!!" Has got to be the funniest shit I've ever heard. (Then again. I'm 2 Ales and a bottle of Guinness when typing this)
You are the sole reason I got into ARMA and it’s community and I love you for it. You show the stupidity of both the game engine and the people using it. Can’t wait for the next upload.
just love it that you can still sell your vids as if they're not going to hell quicker than a dinner date at a cheap knock-off taco bell, Absolutely amazing,
I’ve now successfully dreamt of one of my weapon prototypes functioning as intended. Normally it’s just apocalypse dreams and I have no control over the armament I use (if I even get one), so this is a significant step up. I’m pretty sure I was even lucid a few times too.
Jay just single-handedly eliminated a mobile AA truck by himself, I think that deserves a medal. He also seems to be getting pretty good with them bloop guns "the maturity level is rapidly declining!" I mean, it hasn't hit rock bottom yet?
Do y’all got Agent Orange? Also why is it that whenever there is a “Fort Night” the enemy targets it specifically? I’m not complaining. I find your suffering hilarious. Keep up the good work :)

We shall make Fortnite 3

So glad I made that sign. It represents this silliness
Imagine losing contact with your friend in Vietnam and he is lost in the jungle. Thinking if he is dead. Then after 2 days he returns the first thing he says to you is that you look like a vagrant
better than him saying he got saved by a big marine called Camouflage,
I would burst out laughing
"Damn, Woods. You look like a vagrant"
@@Voron_Aggrav Things are never quite the way they seem.
"You look like a muffin."

Jay as squad leader during retreat: "RUN!!!"
TBF, Jay wasn't the normal squad leader. He was "Plan B"
It’s just that secen from Monty Python.
11:45 these pilots are actual HEROES
Mad lads with nerves of steel and balls of brass.
Fortunate son intensifying
Yes they are
They impressed me too.
Those were the best gosh dang copter pilots I've ever seen in Ignis
Those two pilots at the end are gigachads for flying into that unhinged mess.
Yeah i 100% expected to die when i landed in that hellhole.
Or a movie plot
True true
We really need a modern COD Vietnam campaign that mixes COD Black ops in with a WW2 story type.
I love when you can see other teams in the distance trying to complete their own objectives while you are on your way to do your own thing. Just some fun immersion.

I am glad that there are new people he is meeting before the unhinged battle begins.
Yeah, very nice of him to introduce people to insanity.
Jay when given command: RUN
The voice in his head: Morale has broken, our forces are routing!
Cue the battle horns

those guys were using *_A-4 Skyhawks_* against alien fighters, and winning.
2:36 I love that the boat has a motor, is made of wood, and is being held together with what looks like steel rivets. That's arma 3 for you right there
Who knew 4:47 would hit so hard hearing the explosion go off right after the song goes "come a little bit closer" lol
man i thought 1:11 was a wholesome moment with him having his kid on his patch then Rubix says "Why is his name Asparagus and why is he on Ebay"
4:57 My screen shook so hard during that carpet bombing that I think I unwillingly punched myself with both hands, the radio, and the MG.
Glory
11:10 the entire video is epic, but from this minute to the end, it's like the cherry on top of a cake
S.O.G. Team: Columbia
Objective: Trickery
hats of to those two brave final pilots that was a real epic moment there.

@@madprophet6891 my paralysis demons aughts ta look scarier than you. prolly wouldn't change much.
This is the kind of Ignis op someone involved in would need two therapists for; one for them and one for their therapist.
The last 2 helicopter Pilots/Gunners who rescued everyone who remained at the firebase have balls of steel. Their helicopters were hit so many times by small arms and machine gun fire.
Although I was waiting for an RPG to just hit the heli.
Let's see how insane Jay is at the end folks!
4:28 that sounded so genuine
That “Fort Shithole” crack is terrifyingly accurate to the Vietnam experience down to the exact accept.
Co-Pilots in Ignis are not for flying, but to act as on-board medics for the pilots.
Y'all get some people to roleplay as Arvn soldiers and have them constantly get friendly fired, I'm South Vietnamese and I would love to see that.

Gorilla warfare go brrr
Where your grandpappy shot him at

I’ve been needing a reason to laugh today
Being a vet watching you guys brings me joy
One of these days I’ll get a PC
An entire year late, but you get that PC?
Holy shit on time for a video from Jay and the boys? Lucky me.
I got incredibly lucky with my homepage refresh, 23 seconds ago! Looking forward to any video you post, keep it up and I'll enjoy.
0:55 I was expecting him say “I know, I put it there”
Those two pilots at the end had better get a Medal of Honor for that, they did their country proud.
2:50 you gave that man a sample of freedom
Free Unhealthcare brought to you by good old uncle sam
10:48 and I already thought Jay would last all day
"Holdpoint Fort Night 4"

Great video I needed this it’s been a rough couple weeks

"Theyre in the goddamn trees, They ARE the trees!"

Every Video from you is a Banger man. I get excited for every upload.
man those pilots were actually chads, they went into an VERY hot lz to save his friends and even got shot in the process
That amazing the amount of bombs and the music come a little bit closer absolutely amazing

"Saying Fisherman things"
That one person: T H I C K R O D
Vietnamese: ah yes, a fellow fisherman.
Honestly love the ending with how just nearby non engaged Helis would come in for evac as they became available
The return of fornt night yessssssssssssss. The original one is still my favorite.
The heli rescue at the end was fucking beautiful. All those craters in the FOB, aesthetic as fuck
Let's loose our toes for a purpose.
Sniper31: MY LEG!
Moments later...
Random Ignis Trooper: [WILHELM SCREAM!]
I love this shit!
Jay and the bois in Vietnam. This is going to go incredibly right or horribly wrong, or both.
11:14 Like the music
very good video! keep up the great work!
You have became my fav UA-camr please stay safe and continue having fun
Poilot came in with the clutch at the end nice 👍🏻
That was a hell of a rescue mission by the helicopter pilots.
Always keep a Bowie knife strapped under your desk...
Just in case...
You know it will be a great Friday when Jay uploads a video.
The cat stepping on the keyboard was funny. Also that last bit hot extract did that as a Arma SOG pilot fucking crazy. Also did inserts like that
Man this DLC is great. Hands down the best Arma DLC
"Say fishermen things"
"Uhhhh... Thick.. rod.."
😂😂
3:10 First acting orders from the new command. "RUN"
3:33 Nice day for fishing, ain't it? Huh huh!
I love that the end screen this time is just some random gi hitting the griddy
Ignis and Vietnam go together like peanut butter and very flammable jelly
This whole game is just ahead of its time, insane fun
1:33 someone sure broke his neck to clowstick that heli
Dammit rubix, there's another opera song at 2:52. I beg of thee, release thy playlist to us peasants.
"Why you got two sets of goggles"
"So I can double see stupid"
Legendary coms🔊🎧 😂
5:33 I think that bright individual is very very angry
Need more vids to watch
I started a few days ago and I've already watched all of em
Busy with the Haarp series😅
Binging this because it's amazing❤
"Say fishermen things."
"Thick rod."
Well, did the cat-fired TOW hit anything important ? (Never thought I would type the phrase "cat-fired TOW" in a sentance before)
2:00 i want to know that dream
4:47 *the average khe sanh experience*
bro this was awesome it felt like i was watching a action movie
Granted digitally, but its official that a cat at one point has fired a TOW missile.
I like jay’s order, “RUN!” Most logical and smart order ive ever heard in the military😂
Now once again jungle pain
Jay just single-handedly eliminated a mobile AA truck by himself, I think that deserves a medal.
He also seems to be getting pretty good with them bloop guns
"the maturity level is rapidly declining!" I mean, it hasn't hit rock bottom yet?
4:28 The absolute offense that "f*ck" had in it was impressive.
Do y’all got Agent Orange? Also why is it that whenever there is a “Fort Night” the enemy targets it specifically? I’m not complaining. I find your suffering hilarious. Keep up the good work :)
"Say fisherman things!"
"Uh... THICK rod."
i love that fort night is a reoccurring bit and i cant wait for fort night 5
11:19 Is this Stevie Ray Vaughan? It sounds like his guitar playing. What's the name of the song here?
Thats what I want to know, maybe it is Stevie
Second, I love the vids. They keep me entertained when I’m bored.
Let's goo another amazing vid
GOOOOOOD MOOOORRRING VIETNAAAAAAM!
Hay raptor, I love your videos and your one of my fav youtubers
Lovely variety of missions!
This is the first video of yours that I've watched that hasn't been uploaded for a day
your videos since ignis have been fantastic
We need to see the qualifications for that cat
This man pours his heart out in this video
I'm actually surprised that the pilots actually saved them. Given the Ignis Corp pilot's history.
Ignis pilots have two modes. Insanity (90% of the time) or hyper competant (That one time they forced an op to last long past the end point by kicking the AI's rears so hard they couldn't actually do anything)
I'm getting some real tropic thunder vibes 🤣🤣
holy shit those extractions were kino.
"They are in the trees" *fortunate son starts to play*
A True, bro im buying you a god damn beer when we get back moment for those pilots.
wow, a RubixRaptor video that isn't just pure chaos?
Finally the outro music is synced with the outro clip
"Getting third partied like it's fortnite" is my new favorite phrase.
