its not, every single level is the same everytime. the only thing that changes is the orders the levels show up, but the levels itself never changes.

I watched this entire video to try to figure out how to beat the level with 2 narrow bars in the center and you go up the middle with a horizontal bar and tiny balls.. it never even showed up, no wonder they beat so many levels lol. That one obstacle gets me every time.

How to easily complete all levels:
Step 1: Install game
Step 2: Watch guide
Step 3: Get a camera
Step 4: Record your gameplay (it doesn't matter if you fail)
Step 5: Get and use that electronic music that almost no one likes
Step 6: After editing the game will be automatically passed
